Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 삼플루오로화 붕소 또는 이의 착화합물 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 필요하다면, 카복실-보호기를 제거하거나 상기의 생성물을 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 세팔로스포린 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1은 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬, 아르알킬 또는 아릴기이고; R5는 카복실-보호기이고; R5a는 수소원자 또는 카복실-보호기이고; R6은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 저급알킬기 또는 일반식-CH2R7의 기(여기서, R7는 히드록실기, 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 아실옥시, 카바모일옥시, 아실아미노, 아릴, 복소환식티오, 방향족 복소환식기 또는 복소환식기이며, 언급된 방향족 복소환식기는 탄소-탄소 결합을 통해세펨고리의 3-위치에서 엑소메틸렌기에 결합되고, 언급된 복소환식기는 탄소-질소결합을 통해 세펨고리의 3-위치에서 엑소메틸렌기에 결합된다)이고;-A-는 메틸렌기 또는 일반식의 기[여기서 R2는 수소원자; 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐 시클로알킬, 시클로알케닐, 아르알킬, 아릴 또는 복소환식기; 히드록시-보호기; 또는 일반식의 기(여기서 R3및 R4는 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 히드록실, 알킬, 아르알킬, 아릴, 알콕시, 아르알킬옥시 또는 아릴옥시 기이다)이고, 결합은 신(syn)- 또는 안티(anti)-이성체를 나타내거나 이의 혼합물을 나타낸다]이다.
