- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 4,7-디히드로피라졸로[3,4-b] 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.(상기 식중, R1은 C1~C4알킬이고, R2는 C1~C4알킬이며, R3는 C2~C6알케닐, C4~C6시클로알케닐, C4~C6시클로알킬, C1~C4알킬, C1~C4알콕시, C1~C4알킬, C4~C6시클로알킬옥시 C1~C4알킬, 옥소 또는 보호된 옥소를 함유하는 C5~C|6시클로알킬, 5 또는 6원 시클로알킬렌아미노 C1~C4알킬, C1~C4할로알킬, 아다만틸, 1-메틸피롤리디닐 또는 1,3-디티올란-2-일이다.)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
