Claims (2)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 폐반환응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 4-옥소-1,4,5,6-테트라하이드로 니코틴산 유도체를 생성시킨후 이를 탈수소화 반응시킨후 이를 탈수소화 반응시키고, 필요에 따라 카복실-보호그룹을 제거시킴을 특징으로하여, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 4-옥소-1,4-디하이드로 니코틴산 유도체 및 이의염을 제조하는 방법.상기 일반식에서 R1은 수소 또는 카복실-보호그룹이고, R2는 치환된 아릴그룹, 또는 비치환되거나 치환된 헤테로 사이클릭그룹이고, R3은 할로알킬그룹, 아미노 알킬그룹, 또는 비치환 되거나 치환된 알케닐, 아르알케닐, 아르알킬, 아르알카디에닐, 아르알키닐, 헤테로 사이클릭알킬, 헤테로사이클릭알케닐, 아릴, 사이클로알킬, 사이클로알케닐, 아실, 아미노알킬, 헤테로사이클릭 또는 가교된 탄화수고이고, R8은 R1에서와 동일한 카복실-보호그룹이다.
