Claims (8)
- 다음 일반식을 갖는 N-산화 피리딜 카르복실산 에스테르의 제조방법에 있어서, 질소가 산화되지 않은 다음 일반식의 피리딜 카르복실산 에스테르를 과산화산이나 빙초산/과산화수소와 반응시킴으로써 N-산화시켜 필요한 N-산화화합물을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 N-산화 피리딜 카르복실산 에스테르의 제조방법.이 식에서 R은인데R에서, X는 수소원자, 직쇄상이나 측쇄상 C1-C5-알칼, C5-C12-시클로알킬, 1-아다만틸이나 시클로헥실아세틸이고, Y는 수소원자, 직쇄상이나 측쇄상 C1-C5-알킬,2-에틸벤조 푸라노일-3이나 C5-C12-시클로알킬 또는 2-〔(4-클로로 페녹시)-2메틸프로판오일옥시〕에틸이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 화합물이 2-시클헥실페닐니코 티네이트이며 생성물이 2-시클로헥실페닐니고 티네이트의 N-산화물임을 특징으로 하는 N-산화 피리딜 카르복실산 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 화합물이 4-시클헥실페닐니코 티네이트이며 생성물이 4-시클로헥실페닐니고 티네이트의 N-솬화물임을 특징으로 하는 N-산화 피리딜 카르복실산 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 화합물이 시클헥실페닐니코 티네이트인데 시클로헥실페닐니코티네이트에서 저급 알킬치환분 역시 페닐 고리상에 존재하며 생성물이 의의 N-산화물임을 특징으로 하는 N-산화 피리딜 카르복실, 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 화합물이 2-t-부틸-4시클헥실페닐니코티네이트이며 생성물이 2-t-부틸-4-시클로헥실페닐니코티네이트이 N-산화물임을 특징으로 하는 N-산화 피리딜 카르복실산, 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 화합물이 4-(2-에틸-3-옥소-베조푸란) 페닐니코티네이트이며 생성물이 4-(2-에틸-3-옥소-벤조푸란) 페닐니코티네이트의 N-산화물임을 특징으로 하는 N-산화 피리딜 카르복실, 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에있어서, 출발화합물이 1-〔2-(4-클로로 페녹시)-2메틸프로판오시〕-2-(니코틴오일옥시) 에탄이며 생성물이 1-〔2-(4-클로로 페녹시)-2-메틸프로판오시〕-2-(니코틴오일옥시) 에탄의 N-산화물임을 특징으로 하는 N-산화 피리딜 카르복실, 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 비 반응성 유기용매 존재하에서 약 -10°에서 60℃ 사이의 온도로 실시하되 과산화산이나 과산화수소를 과량으로 사용하여서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 N-산화 피리딜 카르복실, 에스테르의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
