Claims (10)
- (a) 4S-6-플루오르-스피로-[크로만-4,4′-이미다졸리딘]-2′, 5′-디온의 6위치를 불소, 염소, 또는 브롬원소로 할로겐화하여 상응하는 6-플루오로-8-할로 유도체를 생성키거나; (b) 계속해서 단계(a)에서 생성된 화합물을 중수소 또는 삼중수소로 촉매적 환원반응시켜 목적하는 6-플루오로-8-듀테로 또는 6-플루오로-8-트리티오 최종 생성물을 수득하고; 경우에 따라, 생성된 일반식(I)이 스피로-히단토인 화합물을 상응하는 약물학적으로 허용되는 염기부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 비대칭성 스피로-히단토인의 우선성 이성체 및 그의 약물학적으로 허용되는 양이온과의 염기부가 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 X는 중수소, 삼중수소 또는 할로겐이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 할로겐화 반응을 반응-불환성 유기용매 중, 약 -50 내지 50℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용매가 빙초산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용매가 디메틸포롬 아마이드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(b)의 촉매적 환원반응을 귀금속 촉매의 존재하, 저급 알칸올 용매중에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 촉매가 팔라듐임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 수득된 스피로-히단토인 화합물이 4S-6,8-디플루오로-스피로-[크로만-4, 4′-이미다졸리딘]-2′, 5′-디온임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 수득된 스피로-히단토인 화합물이 4S-6-플루오르-8-클로로-스피로-[크로만-4, 4′-이미다졸리디]-2′, 5′-디온임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 수득된 스피로-히단토인 화합물이 4S-6-플루오로-8-듀테로-스피로-[크로만-4, 4′-이미다졸린]-2′, 5′-디온임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
