Claims (8)
- 구조식(a)의 화합물을 산용액중에서 제1석 할라이드로 환원적 가수분해시키고, 구조식 (A) 중 X가 S=O또는가 될때는 X가 유황인 구조식(A)의 상응한 화합물을 산화시키며, 원한다면 구조식 A의 산을 C1-C4알킬에스테르 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시킴으로써 구조식(A)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식 중 X가 산소, 유황,S=O또는일때 R1은 수소, 클로로, 브로모, 플루오로 또는 페닐이고; R2및 R3는 각기 수소, 탄소수 1-3개의 알킬, 클로로, 블로모 또는 플루오로이다. 합해서 생각하면 R2, R3및 이들이 연결된 탄소원자는 융합된 벤젠환을 형성한다. 단 R1, R2및 R3중 적어도 한개는 클로로, 브로모 및 플루오로로 구성되는 그룹중에서 선택된다.상기 구조식중 R'는 탄소수 1-4개의 알킬이고 Y는 산소 또는 유황이다.
- 특허청구의 범위 1중 제1석 할라이드가 제1석 클로라이드인 특허청구 범위 1에 따르는 방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 1중 온도가 100℃ -200℃ 인 특허청구 범위 1에 따르는 방법.
- 특허청구 범위 2중 반응이 빙초산과 염산 혼합물중 환류온도에서 시행되는 특허청구 범위 2에 따르는 방법.
- 구조식(b)의 화합물을 환원시키고, 구조식(B)중 X가 S=O 또는가 될때는 X가 유황인 구조식(B)의 상응한 화합물을 산화시키며, 원한다면 구조식(B)의 에스테르를 상응하는 산으로 가수분해하고, 원한다면 언급된 산을 약제학적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시킴으로써 구조식(B)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식중 X는 산소, 유황, S=O 또는이고; R은 탄소수 1-4개의 알킬; R1은 수소, 클로로, 브로모, 플루오로 또는 페닐이며; R2및 R3는 각기 수소, 탄소수 1-3개의 알킬, 클로로, 브로모 또는 플루오로이고; 합해서 생각하면 R2, R3및 이들이 연결된 탄소원자가 융합된 벤젠환을 형성한다; 단 R1, R2및 R3중 적어도 하나는 클로로, 브로모 및 플루오로로 구성되는 그룹중에서 선택된다.상기 구조식중 Y는 산소 또는 유황이다.
