Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 페녹시 지방산을 할로겐화제의 존재하에서 선택적으로 할로겐화 시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 할로게노페족시 지방산 유도체이 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (4)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 페녹시 지방산을 할로겐화제의 존재하에서 선택적으로 할로겐화 시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 할로게노페녹시 지방산 유도체의 제조방법.[상기 식중에서, R은 시아노기, -CON(R3)R4(식중에서 R3및 R4는 같거나 다를 수 있고 각각 수소원자, 저급 알킬기, 페닐기, 같거나 다를 수 있고 할로겐 원자, 니트로기, 시아노기, 저급 알킬기, 저급 할로알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 저급 할로알콕시기, 저급 알킬티오기 및 저급 할로알킬티오기로 부터 선택된 1 내지 5개의 치환체를 갖는 페닐기, 벤질기 또는 같거나 다를 수 있고 저급 알킬기, 저급 할로알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 저급 할로알콕시기, 저급 알킬티오기 및 저급 할로알킬티오기로 부터 선택된 1 내지 5개의 치환체를 갖는 벤질기를 나타내고, R3및 R4는 함께 알킬렌기를 나타낼수도 있다.)또는 -COAR5(식중에서, R5는 수소원자, 저급 알킬기, 페닐기, 같거나 다를 수 있고 할로겐 원자,니트로기, 시아노기, 저급알킬기, 저급 할로알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 저급 할로알콕시기, 저급 알킬티오기 및 저급 할로알킬티오기로 부터 선택된 1 내지 5개의 치환체를 갖는 페닐기, 벤질기 또는 같거나 다를 수 있고 저급 알킬기, 저급 할로알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 저급 할로알콕시기, 저급 알킬티오기 및 저급 할로알킬티오기로 부터 선택된 1 내지 5개의 치환체를 갖는 벤질기를 나타내고, A는 산소원자 또는 황 원자를 나타낸다.)를 나타내고 R1및 R2는 같거나 다룰 수 있고 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, X는 할로겐 원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고 Y는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.](식중에서, R, R1, R2및 X는 전술한 것과 동일하다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐화제가 염소화제인 방법.
- 하기 일반식(I')로 표시되는 할로게노페녹시 지방산 유도체.[상기 식중에서, R1은 시아노기, -CON(R3)R4(식중에서 R3및 R4는 같거나 다를 수 있고 각각 수소원자, 저급 알킬기, 페닐기, 같거나 다를 수 있고 할로겐 원자, 니트로기, 시아노기, 저급 알킬기, 저급 할로알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 저급 할로알콕시기, 저급 알킬티오기 및 저급 할로알킬티오기로 부터 선택된 1 내지 5개의 치환체를 갖는 페닐기, 벤질기 또는 같거나 다를 수 있고 저급 알킬기, 저급 할로알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 저급 할로알콕시기, 저급 알킬티오기 및 저급 할로알킬티오기로 부터 선택된 1 내지 5개의 치환체를 갖는 벤질기를 나타낸다)을 나타내고, R1'및 R2'는 간거나 다를 수 있고 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, X'는 불소원자, 요오드원자, 브롬원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, Y'는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다. 단, R1'및 R2'가 수소원자를 나타내고, X'가 불소원자를 나타내고 Y'가 염소원자를 나타낼때 R'는 시아노기를 나타내지 않느다.]
- 제3항에 있어서, 일반식(I')중세서 R'는 시아노기 또는 -CON(R3')R4'(식중R3'및 R4'는 같거나 다를수 있고 각각 수소원자, 저급 알킬기, 페닐기 또는 같거나 다를 수 있는 1 내지 5개의 할로겐 원자로 치환된 페닐기를 나타내고 R3'및 R4'는 한께 알킬렌기를 나타낼 수도 있다)을 나타내고, R1는 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, R2'는 수소원자를 나타내고, X'는 불소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고 Y'는 염소원자를 나타내는 할로게노페녹시 지방산 유도체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
