Claims (9)
1, 2, 4-트리아졸 또는 이의 알칼리 금속염을 적절하게는, 다음 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시킨후, 임의로 일반식(Ⅰ)의 생성물을 임의로 약학적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.
상기식에서, R은 F, Cl, Br, I, 트리플루오로메틸, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시 중에서 각각 독립적으로 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환체로 임의로 페닐그룹이거나 5-클로로-피리드-2-일 그룹이며 ; n은 0 또는 1 내지 5의 정수이고 ; "Hal"은 Cl 또는 Br이다.
제1항에 있어서, (a) 염기 존재하의 1, 2, 4-트리아졸, 또는 (b) 1, 2, 4-트아아졸의 나트륨염을 사용하여 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제2항에 있어서, 언급된 염기가 탄산칼륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, R이 4-플루오로페닐, 4-클로로페닐, 4-트리플루오로메틸페닐, 2-플루오로페닐, 2,4-디플루오로페닐,2,4-디플루오로페닐, 2-플루오로-4-클로로페닐, 2, 5-디플루오로페닐, 2, 4, 6-트리플루오로 페닐, 또는 4-브로모-2, 5-디플루오로페닐임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 내지 4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 화합물(Ⅵ)에서 n이 0.1또는 2임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항내지 5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응을 130℃까지의 온도에서 유기용매중에서 진행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
