Claims (8)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥시란을 1,2,4-트리아졸 또는 그의 염기염과 반응시켜 X가 OH인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득한 다음, 임의로는 (a) X가 OH인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 할로겐화하여 X가 F,Cl 또는 Br인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 단계; (b) X가 OH인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 O-에스테르 또는 O-에스테르로 전환시키는 단계; 및 (c) 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 적절한 산과 반응시켜 약제학적 또는 농업적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시키는 단계중의 하나 또는 그 이상을 수행함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물또는 그의 O-에스테르 또는 0-에테르, 또는 이들 화합물의 약제학적 또는 농업적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서 R은 F,Cl,Br,I,CF3, C1-C4알킬 및 C1-C4알콕시 중에서 각각 독립적으로 선택된 1내지 3개의 치환체로 임의 치환된 페닐그룹이거나, 5-클로로피리드-2-일 그룹이고; X는 OH, F, Cl또는 Br이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 옥시란(Ⅱ)를 염기 존재하에서 1,2,4-트리아졸과 반응시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 염기가 탄산칼륨인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1,2,4-트리아졸의 염기염이 알칼리 금속염인 방법.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 디에틸-아미노설퍼 트리플루오라이드, 티오닐 클로라이드 또는 티오닐 브로마이드를 사용하여 할로겐화를 수행하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 이미다졸 존재하에서 티오닐 클로라이드를 사용하여 할로겐화를 수행하는 방법.
- 제1내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서 R이 F,Cl,Br,I 및 CF3중에서 각각 독립적으로 선택된 1내지 3개의 치환체로 치환된 페닐그룹인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, R이 2,4-디플루오로페닐, 4-클로로페닐 또는 4-플루오로페닐인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
