Claims (3)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아졸릴케톤을 염기 및 희석제의 존재하에, 적절하게는 상전이 촉매의 존재하에 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아세틸렌 유도체와 반응시키고, 경우에 따라 수득된 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물에 산 또는 금속염을 가함을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시 알키닐 아졸릴 유도체 및 그의 산부가염 및 금속착염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, AZ은 1,2,4-트리아졸릴 또는 이미다졸릴을 나타내며 ; X는 임의로 치환된 페닐 또는 알킬을 나타내며 ; R은의 그룹을 나타내고, 여기에서, R1은 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내며, R2는 할로겐을 나타내고, R3는 알킬티오, , 할로게노알콕시, 할로게노알킬티오, 알케닐, 알콕시카보닐 또는 시아노를 나타내거나, 각각의 경우 임의로 치환된 페닐, 페녹시, 페닐티오, 페닐알콕시 또는 페닐 알킬티오를 나타내며, n은 0, 1 또는 2를 나타내고, m은 0 또는 1을 나타내며, Het는 임의로 치환된 디옥소라닐 또는 디옥사닐을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, AZ가 1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일 또는 이미다졸-1-일을 나타내고; X가 탄소수 1내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 또는 동일하거나 다른 치환기에 의해 임의로 일-, 이-, 삼-, 사- 또는 오- 치환된 페닐(여기에서 치환기는 할로겐, 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬 ; 알콕시 및 알킬티오(각각의 경우 탄소수 1 또는 2); 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 및 할로게노알킬티오(각각의 경우 탄소수가 1 또는 2이고, 1내지 5의 동일하거나 다른 할로겐원자이다), 알독심라디칼, 케톡심라디칼 및 그의 에테르 유도체 ; 및 각각의 경우 할로겐 또는 탄소수 1 또는 2의 알킬에 의해 임의로 치환된 페닐, 페녹시, 벤질 및 벤질옥시일 수 있다)를 나타내며 ;여기에서 R1은 수소, 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내고,R2는 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내며, R3는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬티오 ; 할로게노 알콕시 또는 할로게노알킬티오(각각의 경우 탄소수 1 또는 2이고, 1내지 5의 동일하거나 다른 할로겐원자이다); 탄소수 2내지 6의 알케닐, 알킬부위가 탄소수 1내지 4인 알콕시카보닐, 시아노, 또는 페닐상에서 동일하거나 다른 치환기로 임의로 일-, 이-, 삼-, 사- 또는 오- 치환된 페닐, 페녹시, 페닐티오, 알킬부위가 탄소수 1내지 4인 페닐알콕시, 알킬부위가 탄소수 1내지 4인 페닐알킬티오〔여기에서 치환기는 각각의 경우에 할로겐 ; 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬 ; 탄소수 1또는 2의 알콕시 및 알킬티오 ; 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 및 할로게노알킬티오(각각의 경우 탄소수가 1 또는 2이고, 1내지 5의 동일하거나 다른 할로겐 원자이다); 사이클로헥실, 디알킬아미노(각 알킬 부위가 탄소수 1내지 4이다), 니트로, 시아노, 알킬부위가 탄소수 1내지 4인 알콕시카보닐 및 할로겐으로 임의 치환된 페닐일 수 있다〕를 나타내고, n은 0, 1 또는 2를 나타내며, Het는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 다른 치환기에 의해 이의로 일-, 이-, 삼- 또는 오-치환된 디옥소란-2-일 또는 1,3-디옥사닐을 나타내는데, 디때 치환기는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬, 각각의 경우 페닐상에서 동일하거나 다른 치환기〔에, 할로겐, 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬 ; 탄소수 1또는 2의 알콕시 및 알킬티오 ; 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 및 할로게노 알킬티오(각각의 경우 탄소수 1 또는 2이고, 1내지 5의 동일하거나 다른 할로겐원자)〕에 의해 임의로 일-, 이-, 삼-, 사-, 또는 오- 치환된 페닐 및 페녹시알킬(알킬부위가 탄소수 1내지 5인)일 수 있으며 ; m은 0 또는 1을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시알키닐-아졸릴 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, AZ이 1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일 또는 이미다졸-1-일을 나타내고 ; X가 메틸, 에틸 또는 3급-부틸, 또는 동일하거나 다른 치환기에 의해 임의로 일-, 이- 또는 삼- 치환된 페닐을 나타내는데, 이때 치환기는 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸, 3급-부틸, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메틸티오, 하이드록시이미노메틸, 1-하이드록시이미노에틸, 메톡시이미노메틸 및 1-메톡시이미노 에틸 및 각각 불소, 염소 및 메틸에 의해 임의로 치환된 페닐, 페녹시, 벤질 및 벤질옥시 일 수 있으며 ;〔여기에서 R1은 수소, 불소, 또는 염소를 나타내고; R2는 불소 또는 염소를 나타내며; R3는 메틸티오, 에틸티오, 트리플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메틸티오, 비닐, 메톡시카보닐, 에톡시카보닐 또는 시아노, 또는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 다른 치환기(예, 불소, 염소, 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메틸티오, 디메틸아미노, 메톡시카보닐 및 에톡시카보닐)에 의해 페닐환상에서 임의로 일- 또는 이-치환된 페닐, 페녹시, 페닐티오, 페닐메톡시 또는 페닐메틸티오를 나타내고 ; n은 0,1 또는 2를 나타내며 ; Het는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 다른 치환기에 의해 임의로 일-, 이- 또는 삼-치환된 디옥소란-2-일, 1,3-디옥산-5-일 또는 1,3-디옥산-2-일을 나타내는데, 이때 치환기는 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필 이소프로필 및 각각의 경우 불소, 염소, 메틸, 트리플루오로메틸 및 트리플루오로메톡시 그룹으로부터의 동일하거나 다른 치환기에 의해 임의로 일-, 이- 또는 삼-치환된 페닐 및 페녹시메틸일 수 있고 ; m은 0 또는 1을 나타낸다〕의 그룹을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시 알키닐아졸릴 유도체를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
