Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그의 산부가염.
    (식 중 R은 할로겐원자, 히드록시, 수소원자 C1-5의 알콕시, C2-5의 알케닐옥시 및 임의로 치환 또는 비치환된 벤질옥시, 테트라히드로피라닐옥시, 디플루오로메톡시, 2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-2-(1H-이미다졸-1-일메틸)-1,3-디옥소란-4-일메틸옥시 또는 -O-(CH2)n-A-B-X이고
    A는 〉 CO, -(CH2)p-, 〉CH-OH 또는이고;
    B는 -(CH2)p-, 〉NH, -N(CH3)CH2- 또는 -O-이며; X는 임의로 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-10의 아릴, 이미다졸릴, 트리아졸릴, 4-메틸-2-옥소-1,3-디옥소란-5-일메틸 또는 프탈이미도이고; n은 1 내지 3의 정수이며; p는 0 또는 1이고; q는 0 또는 1이며; R1는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-5의 알칸, C1-5의 알콕시, C1-5의 알카노일 또는 페닐기이고; R2와 R3는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 포르밀, 이미다졸릴, 트리아졸릴, 임의로 치환 또는 비치환된 페녹시 C1-5의 알킬, 임의로 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐기, -(CH2)a-N(R4)R5, -(CH2)b-Y-R6, -(CH2)e-S-(CH2)f-R7또는 R2와 R3는 함께 C2-6의 알킬렌을 형성하는 것이며; a,b,c 및 f의 각각은 1 내지 5의 정수이고; R4및 R5의 각각은 C1-5의 알킬, C6-10의 아릴 또는 R4와 R5는 함께 5 내지 6원의 복소환 그룹을 형성하는 것이고; R6는 C1-5의 알킬, 수산기로 치환된 C1-6의 알킬, 테트라히드로푸란일옥시에틸, 페닐 또는 할로페닐이며 R7은 C1-5의 알킬, 히드록시, 테트라히드로프란일옥시, 이미다졸릴, 할로겐 또는 임의로 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐이고; m=1 또는 2이며; Az는 1-이미다졸릴, 1-피라졸릴 또는 1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일로써, 히드록시기, 니트로기, 히드라조노메틸 및 티오카바모일히드라지노데틸로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 것으로 각각 임의로 치환되어진 것을 나타냄).
  2. 제1항에 의한 최소한 하나의 화합물질의 항진균제로써의 유효 용량과, 하나 또는 그 이상의 약제학적으로 유용한 담체, 희석제 및/또는 부형제를 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 의한 최소한 하나의 화합물질의 강심제로써의 유효 용량과, 하나 또는 그 이상의 약제학적으로 유용한 담체, 희석제 및/또는 부형제를 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 의한 최소한 하나의 화합물질의 항바이러스제로써의 유효 용량과, 하나 또는 그 이상의 약제학적으로 유용한 담체, 희석제 및/또는 부형제를 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 의한 화합물질을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (1) 하기 일반식(II)의 화합물질
    (식 중, R, R1, R2, R3및 m은 각각 상기의 정의와 동일함) 과 일반식(III)
    (식 중, Q는 -SO-Az, -CO-Az 또는 -SO-Hal이고, Hal은 할로겐이고, Az는 상기 정의와 같음)로 표시되는 아졸도입시약과 용매중 반응시키거나, (2) 하기 일반식(Ia)의 화합물질
    (식 중, Az, R1, R2, R3및 m은 각각 상기 정의와 같음) 과 일반식(IV)
    Ra-W (IV)
    (식 중, Ra는 C1-5의 알킬, C2-5의 알케닐, 임의로 치환 또는 비치환된 벤질, 테트라히드로피라닐, 트리플루오로메틸, -(CH2)n-A-B-X 또는 2-(2,4-디클로로페닐) -2-(1H-이미다졸-1-일메틸)-1, 3-디옥소란-4-일메틸이고, W는 할로겐원자 또는 토실옥시임)을 용매 중에서 염기의 존재하에 반응하여 하기 일반식(Ib):
    (식 중, Az, R1, R2, R3, Ra 및 m은 상기 정의와 같음) 로 나타내는 화합물 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
