Claims (1)
- a) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥시란을 희석제의 존재하에서 및 필요시 염기의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅲ)의 1,2,4-트리아졸과 반응시키거나,b) 일반식(Ⅳ)의 트리아졸릴메틸-옥시란을 희석제의 존재하에서 및 필요시 염기의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅴ)의 (티오)페놀과 반응시키거나,c) 공정 a) 및 b)에 의해 수득할 수 있는 일반식(Ia)인 본 발명에 따른 화합물을 희석제의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅵ)의 히드록실아민 유도체와 반응시키거나,d) 공정 a), b) 및 c)에 의해 수득할 수 있는 일반식(Ib)인 본 발명에 따른 화합물을 희석제의 존재하에서 및 필요시 염기의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅶ)의 할라이드와 반응시키고, 필요시 수득한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에 산 또는 금속염을 가함을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 1-히드록시에틸-트리아졸릴 유도체 또는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 임의 치환된 알킬, 임의 치환된 시클로알킬 또는 임의 치환된 페닐이고, X는 -OCH2-, -SCH2-, -(CH2)p-또는 -CH=CH-이며, Y는 -CO-Y1또는 그의 아세탈 또는 케탈유도체이거나 -C(Y1)=N-OY2이고 Y1은 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 임의 치환된 시클로알킬, 임의 치환된 페닐 또는 임의 치환된 벨질이며, Y2는 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 임의 치환된 시클로알킬, 임의 치환된 페닐 또는 임의 치환된 벨질이고, Z는 할로겐, 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬티오, 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 또는 할로게노알킬티오이며, m 및 p는 0,1, 또는 2이고, M은 수소 또는 알카리금속이며 X1은 산소 또는 유황이고, Y3는 -CO-Y1이거나 그의 아세탈 또는 케탈 유도체이며, Hal은 염소, 브롬 또는 요드이고, Y4는 수소를 제외하고는 Y2와 같다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
