Claims (7)

  1. 다음 일반식(IV) 화합물을 하이드록실아민 또는 그의 염과 함께 반응시키거나, R가 요오드인 다음 일반식(I) 화합물을 비스(트리플루오로메틸)수은과 N-메틸-2-필로리디논과 함께 반응시켜서 R가 트리플루오로메틸인 일반식(I)화합물을 수득하거나, 일반식(I) 화합물을 염으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로하여 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 일반식에서, R는 수소, 트리플루오로메틸, 플루오로, 클로로, 블로모 또는 요오드이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 6-(4-플루오로페닐)-2,3-비스-(4-메톡시페닐)피리딘 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용되는 염제조에 이용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 6-(4-클로로페닐)-2,3-비스(4-메톡시페닐) 피리딘 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용되는 염 제조에 이용되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 6-(4-블로모페닐)-2,3-비스-(4-메톡시페닐) 피리딘 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용되는 제조에 이용되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 6-(4-트리플루오로메틸페닐)-2,3-비스(4-메톡시페닐) 피리딘 또는 약학적으로 허용되는 염 제조에 이용되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 6-(4-요오도페닐)-2,3-비스(4-메톡시페닐) 피리딘 또는 약학적으로 허용되는 염제조에 이용되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 6-페닐-2,3-비스(4-메톡시페닐) 피리딘 제조에 이용되는 방법.
