Claims (43)
- 굳게하는 촉매가 하기의 화합물중에서 선택된 지르코늄 유기유도체 또는 티탄 유기유도체임을 특징으로 하는
- i) 티탄 유기유도체 : Ti-O-Si 결합에 의해 티탄원자와 연결된 유기규산기를 작게 함유하는 티탄원자를 포함하는, Ti-O-C 결합에 연결된 티탄원자, Ti-O-Ti 결합에 산소원자, 히드록실기, 및 킬레이트 결합의 경우에 티탄원자에 내제하는 가능한 원자가를 요구하는 화합물(C1), Ti-O-C 결합에 의해 티탄원자와 연결된 유기기를 작게 함유하는 티탄원자를 포함하는, 히드록실기, Ti-O-Ti 결합에서 산소원자 및 킬레이트 결합의 경우에 포함하는 기에 의해 만족되는 티탄원자에 내제하는 가능한 원자가를 요구하는 화합물(C2).
- 2i) 지르코늄 유기유도체 : 잔존하는 카르복실산억제로 Zr-OCO- 결합보다 Zr-O-C 결합에 의해 지르코늄 원자와 연결된 유기기를 작게 함유하는 지르코늄 원자를 포함하는, Zr-O-Zr 결합에 연결된 산소원자, 히드록실기, 및 킬레이트 결합에 내제하는 가능한 원자가를 요구하는 지르코늄 원자.
- 수분없이 저장이 안정하고, 수분 존재하 주변온도에서 굳어진 합성고무 및 하기 성분의 혼합에 의해 제조되는 유기폴리실록산 단일성분 조성물 :
- A) R은 같거나 또는 다른 기로 탄소 1~8개를 함유하는 탄화수소로 할로겐, 시아노기로 치환된 또는 비치환된 기인 식 R2SiO의 디유기폴리실록시모노머의 중합으로 구성된, 25℃에서 접성도 700~1000000mPa.s인 α-ω-디히드록시디유기폴리실록산 중합체에 의해 구성된 폴리실록산 100부.
- B) R은 상기 A)에서 정의한 것과 같고, R1은 1~15개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 탄화수소기를 나타내고 불포화 지방족은 제외한다. R2는 같거나 또는 다른기로써 1~8개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알코올기를 나타내고, a 및 a'은 0 또는 1을 나타내는, 식 RaSi(OCOR1)4-a또는 식 Ra'Si(ONCR2 2)4-a'의 교차결합제 2~25부.
- C) 굳게하는 촉매 0.0004~0.095부.
- D) 광물 혼합물 5~150부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티탄(C1)의 유도체가 하기 일반식으로 표시함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- (G3SiO)4-xTi(G')x
- -식중 G는 같거나 또는 다른 기로써 1~8개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 탄화수소기, 1~4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알코올기, β-메톡시에톡실기를 나타내고,
- -G'은 하기식에 의해 형성된 기를 나타낸다 :
- -(OCH2CH2)bOR4
- -OC(Q')=(R5)COQ,
- 2개의 G'는 하기식과 같은 2가의 기로 구성될 수 있다.
-
- 2가의 기는 티탄원자의 2원자가에 의해 결합한다.
- 상기 3식중 :
- ·R4는 1~12개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알코올기를 나타내고,
- ·b는 0 또는 1을 나타낸다; b가 0일때 R4는 2~12개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알코올기, b가 1일때, 1~3개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알코올기를 나타내고,
- ·Q는 수소원자, 1~4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알코올기, 페닐기, 1~5개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알코올기, 1~4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 질소원자와 결합된 알코올기를 갖는 디알코올아미노기,
- ·R5는 수소원자, 메틸기, 클로로메틸기, 아세틸기를 나타내고,
- ·Q'은 1~5개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알코올기, 클로로메틸기를 나타내고,
- ·R6및 R7은 같거나 또는 다른 기로써, 수소원자 메틸기를 나타내고,
- ·n은 0, 1 또는 2를 나타내고,
- ·x는 0, 1, 2 또는 3을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티탄(C2) 유도체가 하기 일반식임을 특징으로 하는 조성물 :
- (C')yTi(OCOR8)4-y
- 식중 G'은 청구범위 제2항의 G'와 같은 의미를 갖고,
- ·y는 0~4 사이의 정수 또는 분수를 나타내고,
- ·R8은 1~20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 탄화수소기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티탄(C2)의 유도체는 하기식의 모노머의 중합에 의해 제조함을 특징으로 하는 조성물 :
- -Ti(OCOR8)y'[(OCH2CH2)bOR4]2-y'O-
- 식중 R8,R4및 b는 청구범위 제2 및 3항의 R8,R4및 b와 같은 의미를 갖고 y'은 1 또는 2를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티탄(C2)의 유도체가 알코올아민티탄임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 티탄(C1)의 유도체가 제2항에서 제시한 식 (G3SiO)4-xTi(G')x의 조성이 부분적으로 가수분해된 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 및 3항에 있어서, 티탄(C2)의 유도체가 제3항에서 제시한 식 (G')yTi (OCOR8)4-y의 조성이 부분적으로 가수분해된 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지르코늄(C)의 유기유도체가 하기식으로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- Zr[(OCH2CH2)bOR4]4
- 식중 R4및 b는 제2항에 제시된 R4및 b와 같은 의미를 갖는다.
- 제1항 및 8항에 있어서, 지르코늄(C)의 유기유도체가 하기 조성의 부분적인 가수분해 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물 :
- 제8항에 제시된 Zr[(OCH2CH2)bOR4]4
