Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the forcing signal for turning-off short-time to eliminate an unstable region, by giving a control signal from an asymmetrical circuit using diodes and a differentiating circuit when turning-on and off of the electric valve is controlled. CONSTITUTION:Emitters connected commonly of a pair of complementary transistors Tr6, 7 are connected to the base of main transistor TR1, and voltages of both ends of DC power sources 2 and 3 connected in series are given to respective phases of Tr6, 7. A turning-off current path is formed for TR1 from the connection neutral point of DC power sources 2 and 3, and the signal amplified by TR5 is applied to the base as the turning-on and off signal of Tr6, 7. The differentiating circuit consisting of resistance 14 and capacitor 16 and the asymmetrical circuit using diodes 15 and 17 are provided between Tr6, 7 and TR5 for amplification, and a slight forcing control signal is given for turning-off of the electric valve, and a large negative forcing signal is given for turning-off, and thus, the signal for turning-off is output in a short time, and delay for turning-off is shortened to eliminate the unstable region.
