Claims (2)
- 표시 장치로서,
제 1 기판;
상기 제 1 기판 위에 배치된 제 1 절연층;
상기 제 1 절연층 위에 배치된 제 2 절연층;
상기 제 2 절연층 위에 배치되고, 트랜지스터의 채널 형성 영역을 가지는 제 1 산화물 반도체층;
상기 제 2 절연층 위에 배치되고, 용량 소자의 한쪽 전극으로서 기능하는 영역을 가지는 제 2 산화물 반도체층;
상기 제 1 산화물 반도체층 위에 배치된 영역을 가지는 제 3 절연층;
상기 제 2 산화물 반도체층 위에 배치된 영역과, 상기 제 3 절연층 위에 배치된 영역을 가지는 제 4 절연층;
상기 제 4 절연층 위에 배치된 영역을 가지고, 또한 상기 용량 소자의 다른 쪽 전극으로서 기능하는 영역을 가지고, 또한 상기 트랜지스터의 소스 또는 드레인과 전기적으로 접속되는 투명 도전층; 및
적색, 녹색, 청색, 또는 황색의 파장 대역의 빛을 투과하는 착색층을 가지고,
상기 제 1 절연층은 상기 제 1 산화물 반도체층과 접하지 않고, 또한 상기 제 2 산화물 반도체층과 접하지 않고,
상기 제 2 절연층의 상면은 상기 제 1 산화물 반도체층과 접하는 영역, 상기 제 2 산화물 반도체층과 접하는 영역, 및 상기 제 3 절연층과 접하는 영역을 가지고,
상기 제 3 절연층의 단부는 상기 제 4 절연층과 접하는 영역을 가지고,
상기 제 4 절연층은 상기 채널 형성 영역과 접하지 않고, 상기 제 2 절연층과 접하는 영역을 가지고,
상기 제 2 산화물 반도체층은 상기 제 4 절연층과 접하는 영역에서, 상기 채널 형성 영역보다 수소 농도가 높고,
상기 제 2 산화물 반도체층은 상기 착색층과 중첩되지 않는, 표시 장치. - 표시 장치로서,
제 1 기판;
상기 제 1 기판 위에 배치된 제 1 절연층;
상기 제 1 절연층 위에 배치된 제 2 절연층;
상기 제 2 절연층 위에 배치되고, 트랜지스터의 채널 형성 영역을 가지는 제 1 산화물 반도체층;
상기 제 2 절연층 위에 배치되고, 용량 소자의 한쪽 전극으로서 기능하는 영역을 가지는 제 2 산화물 반도체층;
상기 제 1 산화물 반도체층 위에 배치된 영역을 가지는 제 3 절연층;
상기 제 2 산화물 반도체층 위에 배치된 영역과, 상기 제 3 절연층 위에 배치된 영역을 가지는 제 4 절연층;
상기 제 4 절연층 위에 배치된 영역을 가지고, 또한 상기 용량 소자의 다른 쪽 전극으로서 기능하는 영역을 가지고, 또한 상기 트랜지스터의 소스 또는 드레인과 전기적으로 접속되는 투명 도전층; 및
적색, 녹색, 청색, 또는 황색의 파장 대역의 빛을 투과하는 착색층을 가지고,
상기 제 1 절연층은 상기 제 1 산화물 반도체층과 접하지 않고, 또한 상기 제 2 산화물 반도체층과 접하지 않고,
상기 제 2 절연층의 상면은 상기 제 1 산화물 반도체층과 접하는 영역, 상기 제 2 산화물 반도체층과 접하는 영역, 및 상기 제 3 절연층과 접하는 영역을 가지고,
상기 제 3 절연층의 단부는 상기 제 4 절연층과 접하는 영역을 가지고,
상기 제 4 절연층은 상기 채널 형성 영역과 접하지 않고, 상기 제 2 절연층과 접하는 영역을 가지고,
상기 제 2 산화물 반도체층은 상기 제 4 절연층과 접하는 영역에서, 상기 채널 형성 영역보다 2배 이상 수소 농도가 높고,
상기 제 2 산화물 반도체층은 상기 착색층과 중첩되지 않는, 표시 장치.
