Claims (6)
- 막분리 장치에 공급하는 피처리수에 술팜산 화합물을 포함하는 결합 염소제를 간헐 첨가하여 막분리 처리하는 방법으로서,
피처리수의 생균수(logCFU/mL)가 3이상이고,
상기 간헐 첨가는, 결합 염소제를 첨가하지 않고 급수하는 무첨가 급수 기간과 상기 무첨가 급수 기간에 있어서의 바이오필름(biofilm) 형성 초기에, 상기 바이오필름을 박리시키는 농도의 결합 염소제를 첨가하여 급수하는 간헐 첨가 급수 기간을 반복해서 실행하는 것이며,
상기 무첨가 급수 기간은 6시간 내지 120시간이고,
상기 간헐 첨가 급수 기간은 0.5시간 내지 40시간이며,
상기 간헐 첨가 급수 기간의 상기 피처리수의 결합 염소제 농도는 전체 염소 농도가 0.5㎎/L 내지 20㎎/L이 되는 농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 막분리 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 간헐 첨가 급수 기간에 첨가하는 상기 결합 염소제의 양은 하기 식 [4]에서 나타내는 R이 3이상이 되는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

간헐 첨가 급수를 시작하는 상기 바이오필름 형성 초기가 상기 바이오필름 중의 미생물의 대수 증식기보다 이전 시기이며, 상기 바이오필름을 박리시키는 농도가 상기 바이오필름 중의 미생물의 증식을 억제하는 농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 막분리 장치가 역침투막을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 결합 염소제의 술팜산 화합물을 구성하는 술팜산은 하기 식 [1],

(상기 [1] 중에서, R1, R2는 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 탄소수(數) 1 내지 6의 탄화수소기이다)에서 나타내는 아미드(amide) 황산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 결합 염소제가 알칼리 금속 수산화물로 이루어지는 알칼리, 술팜산 화합물 및 염소계 산화제를 함유하는 수용액 제제에서 되는 결합 염소제이고,
상기 수용액 제제 중의 술팜산 화합물에 대한 염소계 산화제의 조성비가 Cl/N(몰비)으로 0.3 내지 0.6이며,
상기 알칼리에 대한 상기 염소계 산화제의 조성비가 Cl/알칼리 금속(몰비)으로 0.15 내지 0.3이고,
상기 수용액 제제 중의 유리염소 농도가 전체 염소 농도의 2중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
