Claims (9)
- 전극 반응물질을 흡장 및 방출하는 것이 가능한 정극 재료를 포함하는 입자와;상기 입자의 적어도 일부에 설치되고, 비행 시간형(飛行時間型:Time of Flight secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry:TOF-SIMS) 2차 이온 질량 분석에 의한 양이온(cation) 분석으로 얻어지는 C2H5S+, C3H7S+, 또는 C4H9S+의 피크를 가지는 피막을 구비하는 정극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입자는, 적어도 리튬과, 1개 또는 복수의 전이(遷移) 금속 원소를 포함하는 정극 활물질.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 입자는, 코발트(Co)를 주요 전이 금속 원소로서 포함하고, 층상 구조를 가지는 정극 활물질.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 입자의 표면에서의 적어도 일부에는, 상기 입자를 구성하는 주요 전이 금속 원소와는 다른 1개 또는 복수의 원소가 존재하는 정극 활물질.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 입자를 구성하는 주요 전이 금속 원소와는 다른 원소로서, 니켈(Ni), 망간(Mn) 및 인(P)중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 정극 활물질.
- 도전성 기재(基材; substrate)와;상기 도전성 기재 위에 설치되고, 적어도 정극 활물질을 포함하는 정극 활물질층을 구비하고,상기 정극 활물질은,전극 반응물질을 흡장 및 방출하는 것이 가능한 정극 재료를 포함하는 입자와;상기 입자의 적어도 일부에 설치되고, 비행 시간형 2차 이온 질량 분석에 의한 양이온 분석으로 얻어지는 C2H5S+, C3H7S+ 또는 C4H9S+의 피크를 가지는 피막을 구비하는 정극.
- 정극 활물질을 가지는 정극과,부극과,세퍼레이터와,전해질을 구비하고,상기 정극 활물질은,전극 반응물질을 흡장 및 방출하는 것이 가능한 정극 재료를 포함하는 입자와;상기 입자의 적어도 일부에 설치되고, 비행 시간형 2차 이온 질량 분석에 의한 양이온 분석으로 얻어지는 C2H5S+, C3H7S+ 또는 C4H9S+의 피크를 가지는 피막을 구비하는 비수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서,상한 충전 전압이 4.20V 이상 4.80V 이하이고, 하한 방전 전압이 2.00V 이상 3.30V 이하인 비수 전해질 2차 전지.
