Claims (8)
- 적어도 편평 연자성 분말과, 아크릴 고무와, 에폭시 수지와, 에폭시 수지용 경화제와, 용제를 혼합하여 이루어지는 연자성 조성물로부터 형성된 시트상 연자성 재료이며,상기 편평 연자성 분말이 상기 시트상 연자성 재료의 면내 방향으로 배열되어 있고,상기 아크릴 고무가 글리시딜기를 갖고 있으며,아크릴 고무와 에폭시 수지와 에폭시 수지용 경화제와의 합계량에 대한 편평 연자성 분말의 중량비가 3.7 내지 5.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트상 연자성 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 편평 연자성 분말이 Fe-Si-Cr-Ni 합금 분말인 시트상 연자성 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 편평 연자성 분말이 Fe-Si-Al 합금 분말인 시트상 연자성 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지용 경화제가 잠재성을 나타내는 시트상 연자성 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압연 이력이 없는 시트상 연자성 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인장 강도가 20 Mpa 이상 50 MPa 이하인 시트상 연자성 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입사각 60도에서의 광택도가 20 % 이상 50 % 이하인 시트상 연자성 재료.
- 적어도 편평 연자성 분말과, 글리시딜기를 갖는 아크릴 고무와, 에폭시 수지와, 에폭시 수지용 경화제와, 용제를 혼합하여 이루어지는 연자성 조성물을 경화 반응이 실질적으로 진행하지 않는 온도에서 박리 기재 상에 도포하고 건조하여 경화성 연자성 시트를 제조하고, 이 경화성 연자성 시트를 2매 이상 적층하여 적층물을 취득하고, 경화 반응이 발생하는 온도에서 적층물을 압연하지 않도록 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트상 연자성 재료의 제조 방법.
