Claims (5)
- 적층형 연자성 시트의 제조 방법으로서, 이하의 공정 (A) ~ (D) :(A) 편평한 연자성 분말과, 글리시딜기를 갖는 아크릴 고무와, 에폭시 수지와, 에폭시 수지용 잠재성 경화제와, 용제를 혼합하여 이루어지는 연자성 조성물을 박리 기재 상에 도포하고, 연자성 조성물의 경화 반응이 발생되지 않는 온도 T1 에서 건조시키고, 박리 기재를 제거하여 경화성 연자성 시트를 취득하는 공정으로서, 상기 편평한 연자성 분말은 10 ~ 50㎛ 의 평균 입자경, 15 ~ 65 의 편평률, 0.65 ~ 1.40g/㎖ 의 탭 밀도, 및 0.65 ~ 1.00㎡/g 의 비표면적을 갖고, 상기 용제를 제거한 상기 연자성 조성물에 있어서의 아크릴 고무의 양은 9 내지 16 중량%이며, 상기 용제를 제거한 상기 연자성 조성물에 있어서의 에폭시 수지의 양은 1.0 내지 6.0 중량%이며, 에폭시 수지용 잠재성 경화제의 양은 에폭시 수지 100 중량부에 대해 3 내지 100 중량부이며, 상기 온도 T1은 50 ~ 90℃인, 상기 경화성 연자성 시트를 취득하는 공정;(B) 상기 경화성 연자성 시트를 2 이상 준비하고, 이 시트들을 적층시켜 적층물을 취득하는 공정;(C) 얻어진 적층물을 경화 반응이 발생되지 않는 온도 T2 에 있어서, 선압을 인가하는 라미네이터로 선압력 P1, 선압력 P2 및 선압력 P3 (단, P1<P2<P3) 으로 순서대로 압축하는 공정으로서, 상기 온도 T2는 70 ~ 130℃ 이고, 상기 선압력 P1 이 2 ~ 10kgf/cm 이고, 상기 선압력 P2 가 10 ~ 20kgf/cm 이고, 상기 선압력 P3 이 20 ~ 50kgf/cm 인, 상기 압축하는 공정; 및(D) 경화 반응이 발생하는 온도 T3 에 있어서, 압축된 적층물을, 면압을 인가하는 프레스기로 압축하여 적층형 연자성 시트를 얻는 공정으로서, 상기 온도 T3는 140 ~ 200℃이며, 상기 면압은 10 ~ 60kgf/㎠인, 상기 적층형 연자성 시트를 얻는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 연자성 시트의 제조 방법.
