Claims (8)
- 열가소성 합성 수지가 적어도 편면에 도포되어 되는 합성섬유제 직물에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 합성 수지의 부여에 의해, 직물의 활탈저항치(滑脫抵抗値) 및 인열강력치(引裂强力値)가 도포 전의 직물에 대해 모두 1.3배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서,커버 팩터가 1500-2500인 합성섬유제 직물의 적어도 편면에 열가소성 합성 수지가 도포되어 있는 직물로, 100 kPa 차압하에서의 통기도가 1.0 L/㎠/min 이하이며, 또한 상기 적어도 편면에 열가소성 합성 수지가 도포되어 있는 직물을 직접 재단하여 제작한 재펠릿에 있어서의 모폴로지 구조가 연속상인 합성섬유 직물 유래의 수지 중에, 상기 열가소성 합성 수지가 실질적으로 균일하게 분산되어 있어, 합성섬유 직물 유래의 수지 중의 열가소성 합성 수지의 분산 평균 입경이 2 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,열가소성 합성 수지가 적어도 편면에 도포되어 되는 합성섬유제 직물로, 상기 직물의 100 kPa 차압하에서의 통기도가 0.10 L/㎠/min 이하이고, 연소성이 자기소화성인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,열가소성 합성 수지의 부착량이, 건조 후의 질량으로 0.1~15 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,열가소성 합성 수지가, 폴리우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지 및 폴리아미드계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지인 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,열가소성 합성 수지가 폴리아미드계 수지로, 폴리머 중에 분자량 100~5000의 소프트 세그먼트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,열가소성 합성 수지에 의한 피막 제작물의 파단신도가 300% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,열가소성 수지가 폴리아미드계 수지로, 폴리머 중에 분자량 100-5000의 아미 드 변성된 소프트 세그먼트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
