Claims (6)
- 검체 전처리/반송 장치에 있어서,검체가 충전된 시험관이 시험관 홀더 내에 개별적으로 유지되고 기립 위치에서 차례로 반송되는 시험관 반송 경로와;상기 시험관 반송 경로에 평행하게 연장되고 각 세트 내의 적어도 5개의 표본 컵이 기립 위치에서 표본 컵 랙 내에 유지되어 표본 컵 랙이 반송되는 랙 반송 경로와;검체 충전 시험관을 상기 시험관 반송 경로 내로 탑재하는 충전 시험관 탑재부와;상기 랙 반송 경로 내로 표본 컵 랙을 탑재하는 랙 탑재부와;상기 시험관 반송 경로의 중앙에 배치되고 상기 시험관 반송 경로상에 반송된 각 세트 내의 적어도 5개의 검체 충전 시험관 내의 검체를 동시에 분취하며 또 랙 반송 경로상에 적어도 5개의 표본 컵을 동시에 분배하도록 구성된 분취/분주(aliquoting/dispensing device) 장치와;상기 랙 반송 경로의 하류측에 배치되고 검체가 저장된 표본 컵 랙을 수용하여 검체를 분석하도록 구성된 분석기를 포함하는검체 전처리/반송 장치.
- 검체 전처리/반송 장치에 있어서,검체가 충전된 시험관이 시험관 홀더 내에 개별적으로 유지되고 기립 위치에서 차례로 반송되는 시험관 반송 경로와;상기 시험관 반송 경로에 평행하게 연장되고 각 세트 내의 복수의 표본 컵이 기립 위치에서 표본 컵 랙 내에 유지되어 표본 컵 랙이 반송되는 랙 반송 경로와;바 코드를 갖는 복수의 검체 충전 시험관을 상기 시험관 반송 경로 내로 동시에 탑재하는 충전 시험관 탑재부와;복수의 표본 컵을 기립 위치에 유지하는 표본 컵 랙을 상기 랙 반송 경로 내로 탑재하는 랙 탑재부와;상기 충전 시험관 탑재부의 하류측에 위치한 시험관 반송 경로의 부분에 배치되고, 분배가 요구되는 시험관과 분배가 요구되지 않는 시험관의 사이에서 바코드를 판독하여 검체 충전 시험관을 분류하도록 구성된 바코드 판독기와;상기 바코드 판독기의 하류측에 위치한 시험관 반송 경로의 부분으로부터 분기하고, 분배가 요구되는 시험관과 분배가 요구되지 않는 시험관을 분기부에서 구별하여 분배하도록 상기 시험관을 반송하는 분배 작업이 있는 반송 라인 및 분배 작업이 없는 반송 라인과;상기 분배 작업이 있는 반송 라인의 중앙에 배치되고, 분배 작업이 있는 반송 라인상에 반송된 각 세트 내의 복수의 검체 충전 시험관 내의 검체를 동시에 분취하며, 또한 랙 반송 경로상에 복수의 표본 컵을 동시에 분배하는 분취/분주 장치와;상기 랙 반송 경로의 하류측에 배치되고 검체가 저장된 표본 컵 랙을 수납하 여 검체를 분석하는 분석기와;상기 분석기의 상류측에 위치한 랙 반송 경로의 부분에 배치되고, 상기 분석기 내로의 표본 컵 랙의 탑재 속도를 제어하는 랙 대기 유닛을 포함하는검체 전처리/반송 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시험관 반송 경로는, 검체 충전 시험관을 기립 위치에 유지하는 시험관 홀더를 반송하는 벨트 컨베이어이고, 충전 시험관 탑재부를 갖는 외측 경로와, 상기 외측 경로에 평행한 외측 경로와, 상기 외측 경로 및 상기 내측 경로의 각 상류 및 하류 말단을 연결하는 연결 경로를 포함하고, 상기 검체 충전 시험관을 집어 올린 빈 시험관 홀더는 상기 내측 경로를 통해서 상기 충전 시험관 탑재부로 복귀하는검체 전처리/반송 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시험관 홀더 내의 상기 검체 충전 시험관을 기립 위치에서 차례로 반송하는 시험관 반송 경로와, 기립 위치에서 표본 컵 랙에 유지된 각 세트 내의 복수의 표본 컵을 반송하는 랙 반송 경로는 서로 평행하게 직선형으로 연장되고, 상기 분취/분주 장치 및 랙 대기 유닛은 상기 시험관 반송 경로와 상기 랙 대기 유닛에 면하여 배치되는검체 전처리/반송 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 시험관 반송 경로는, 검체 충전 시험관을 기립 위치에 유지하는 시험관 홀더를 반송하는 벨트 컨베이어이고, 그리고 충전 시험관 탑재부를 갖는 외측 경로와, 상기 외측 경로에 평행한 외측 경로와, 상기 외측 경로 및 상기 내측 경로의 각 상류 및 하류 말단을 연결하는 연결 경로를 포함하고, 상기 검체 충전 시험관을 집어 올린 빈 시험관 홀더는 상기 내측 경로를 통해서 상기 충전 시험관 탑재부로 복귀하는검체 전처리/반송 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 시험관 홀더 내의 상기 검체 충전 시험관을 기립 위치에서 차례로 반송하는 시험관 반송 경로와, 기립 위치에서 표본 컵 랙에 유지된 각 세트 내의 복수의 표본 컵을 반송하는 랙 반송 경로는 서로 평행하게 직선형으로 연장되고, 상기 분취/분주 장치 및 랙 대기 유닛은 상기 시험관 반송 경로와 상기 랙 대기 유닛에 면하여 배치되는검체 전처리/반송 장치.
