Description
Claims (11)
- 실린더; 상기 실린더 내에서 축선 방향으로 이동이 자유롭도록 지지되는 입력 피스톤; 상기 입력 피스톤에 연결된 조작부; 상기 실린더 내에 상기 입력 피스톤과 같은 축선 상에 배치되어 축선 방향으로 이동이 자유롭도록 지지되며 상기 입력 피스톤에 의해 가압 가능한 가압 피스톤; 상기 조작부를 통하여 상기 입력 피스톤에 입력되는 조작량에 대응한 제어 유압을 설정하는 제어 유압 설정 수단; 상기 제어 유압 설정 수단에 의해 설정된 제어 유압을 상기 가압 피스톤에 공급하여 제동 유압을 발생시키는 유압 공급 수단; 상기 유압 공급 수단에 의해 발생한 제동 유압을 개별 휠마다 조압 가능한 조압 수단; 및 상기 유압 공급 수단 및 상기 조압 수단에 연결된 유압 공급원을 포함하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조작부를 통하여 상기 입력 피스톤에 입력된 조작력을 흡수하는 조작력 흡수 수단을 더 포함하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유압 공급 수단은 상기 제어 유압을 상기 입력 피스톤의 이동 방향의 일 측 상의 제 1 압력 챔버 또는 상기 입력 피스톤의 반대 측 상의 제 2 압력 챔버에 공급하고,상기 조작력 흡수 수단은 상기 입력 피스톤에 설치되어 상기 제 1 압력 챔버와 상기 제 2 압력 챔버 사이에 유압유의 공급 및 배출이 가능한 연통로를 갖는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단은, 각 휠에 대한 압력 유지 밸브 및 감압 밸브; 및 상기 유압 공급원과 상기 조압 수단 사이에 설치된 유량 조정 밸브를 포함하고,상기 감압 밸브를 통해 배출된 배출 유량에 따라 상기 유량 조정 밸브의 개방도 및 개방 시간을 설정하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단은 상기 배출 유량, 및 상기 유압 공급원에 의한 공급 유압과 상기 유압 공급 수단에 의해 발생한 제동 유압 사이의 차압에 기초하여 상기 유량 조정 밸브의 개방도를 설정하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단은 상기 감압 밸브를 통해 배출된 배출 유량보다 많은 반환 유량을 설정하고, 상기 반환 유량에 따라 상기 유량 조정 밸브의 개방도 및 개방 시간을 설정하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단은 상기 제어 유압과 상기 제동 유압을 비교하여 상기 가압 피스톤의 보트밍 여부를 판정하고, 보트밍으로 판정되는 경우, 상기 유량 조정 밸브의 개방도를 미리 정해진 요구되는 개방도로 설정하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유량 조정 밸브의 요구되는 개방도는 상기 가압 피스톤 측의 제동 유압의 목표 값이며, 상기 입력 피스톤의 제어 유압의 목표 값보다 낮게 설정되는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단은 상기 가압 피스톤이 초기 위치에 있는지 여부를 검출하는 초기 위치 검출 수단을 갖고,상기 초기 위치 검출 수단이 상기 가압 피스톤이 초기 위치로 복귀한 것을 검출하면, 상기 조압 수단이 상기 유량 조정 밸브를 폐쇄하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단은, 상기 제동 유압이 저하되는 경우 상기 유량 조정 밸브를 폐쇄하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어 유압의 변화율이 미리 정해진 값을 초과하는 경우, 상기 조압 수단이 상기 유량 조정 밸브를 개방하는 차량용 제동 장치.
