- 실린더 (11); 상기 실린더 (11) 내에서 축선 방향으로 이동이 자유롭도록 지지되는 입력 피스톤 (12); 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 에 연결된 조작부 (14); 상기 실린더 (11) 내에 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 과 같은 축선 상에 배치되어 축선 방향으로 이동이 자유롭도록 지지되며 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 에 의해 가압 가능한 가압 피스톤 (13); 상기 조작부 (14) 를 통하여 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 에 입력되는 조작량에 대응한 제어 유압을 설정하는 제어 유압 설정 수단 (91); 상기 제어 유압 설정 수단 (91) 에 의해 설정된 제어 유압을 상기 가압 피스톤 (13) 에 공급하여 제동 유압을 발생시키는 유압 공급 수단 (40, 42); 상기 유압 공급 수단 (40, 42) 에 의해 발생한 제동 유압을 개별 휠마다 조압 가능한 조압 수단 (59, 91); 및 상기 유압 공급 수단 (40, 42) 및 상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 에 연결된 유압 공급원 (32, 33, 37) 을 포함하고,상기 조작부 (14) 를 통하여 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 에 입력된 조작력을 흡수하는 조작력 흡수 수단 (21, S0) 을 더 포함하고,상기 유압 공급 수단 (40, 42) 은 상기 제어 유압을 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 의 이동 방향의 일 측 상의 제 1 압력 챔버 (R1) 또는 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 의 반대 측 상의 제 2 압력 챔버 (R2) 에 공급하고,상기 조작력 흡수 수단 (21, S0) 은 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 에 설치되어 상기 제 1 압력 챔버 (R1) 와 상기 제 2 압력 챔버 (R2) 사이에 작동유의 공급 및 배출이 가능한 연통로 (21) 를 갖는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 실린더 (11); 상기 실린더 (11) 내에서 축선 방향으로 이동이 자유롭도록 지지되는 입력 피스톤 (12); 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 에 연결된 조작부 (14); 상기 실린더 (11) 내에 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 과 같은 축선 상에 배치되어 축선 방향으로 이동이 자유롭도록 지지되며 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 에 의해 가압 가능한 가압 피스톤 (13); 상기 조작부 (14) 를 통하여 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 에 입력되는 조작량에 대응한 제어 유압을 설정하는 제어 유압 설정 수단 (91); 상기 제어 유압 설정 수단 (91) 에 의해 설정된 제어 유압을 상기 가압 피스톤 (13) 에 공급하여 제동 유압을 발생시키는 유압 공급 수단 (40, 42); 상기 유압 공급 수단 (40, 42) 에 의해 발생한 제동 유압을 개별 휠마다 조압 가능한 조압 수단 (59, 91); 및 상기 유압 공급 수단 (40, 42) 및 상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 에 연결된 유압 공급원 (32, 33, 37) 을 포함하고,상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 은, 각 휠 (58FR, 58FL, 58RR, 58RL) 에 대한 압력 유지 밸브 (66, 67, 74, 75) 및 감압 밸브 (70, 71, 78, 79); 및 상기 유압 공급원 (32, 33, 37) 과 상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 사이에 설치된 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 를 포함하고,상기 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 에 연결된 감압 밸브 (78, 79) 를 통해 배출된 배출 유량에 따라 상기 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 의 개방도 및 개방 시간을 설정하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 은 상기 배출 유량, 및 상기 유압 공급원 (32, 33, 37) 에 의한 공급 유압과 상기 유압 공급 수단 (40, 42) 에 의해 발생한 제동 유압 사이의 차압에 기초하여 상기 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 의 개방도를 설정하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 은 상기 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 에 연결된 감압 밸브 (78, 79) 를 통해 배출된 배출 유량보다 많은 반환 유량을 설정하고, 상기 반환 유량에 따라 상기 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 의 개방도 및 개방 시간을 설정하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 은 상기 제어 유압과 상기 제동 유압을 비교하여 상기 가압 피스톤 (13) 의 보트밍 여부를 판정하고, 보트밍으로 판정되는 경우, 상기 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 의 개방도를 미리 정해진 목표 값으로 설정하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 의 요구되는 개방도는 상기 가압 피스톤 (13) 측의 제동 유압의 목표 값이며, 상기 입력 피스톤 (12) 의 제어 유압의 목표 값보다 낮게 설정되는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 은 상기 가압 피스톤 (13) 이 초기 위치에 있는지 여부를 검출하는 초기 위치 검출 수단 (97) 을 갖고,상기 초기 위치 검출 수단 (97) 이 상기 가압 피스톤 (13) 이 초기 위치로 복귀한 것을 검출하면, 상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 이 상기 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 를 폐쇄하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 은, 상기 제동 유압이 저하되는 경우 상기 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 를 폐쇄하는 차량용 제동 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제어 유압의 변화율이 미리 정해진 값을 초과하는 경우, 상기 조압 수단 (59, 91) 이 상기 유량 조정 밸브 (81) 를 개방하는 차량용 제동 장치.
