Claims (7)

  1. 부우스터몸체(2)에 직경을 갖추되, 이 직경안에서 축방향으로 미끄럼이동이 가능하도록 끼워 설치된 동력피스톤(1)과, 이 동력 피스톤(1)의 뒷면에서 부우스터 압력을 작용시키는 부우스트체임버(5), 상기 동력피스톤(1)의 뒷면에 설치되되 이 동력피스톤(1)과는 독립하여 축방향으로 이동이 가능한 입력로드(3), 상기동력피스톤(1)의 외주면에 설치된 2개의 밀봉씨―일(7, 8), 이 밀봉씨―일(7, 8)사이와 상기 동력피스톤(1)의 주면과 상기 부우스터몸체(2)의 내면사이에 형성되어 동력원압력을 유입하는 중간유입체임버(6), 이 중간유입체임버(6)와 상기 부우스트체임버(5) 및 압력 강하통로(17)에 연통되어 상기 동력피스톤(1)의 밸브 체임버에 설치되면서 이동부재(4)를 갖춘 밸브메카니즘(4, 14, 15, 16) 및 상기 동력피스톤(10을 원래의 위치로 되돌려 주는 리턴스프링(9)이 갖추어져 있다.
    그리고 상기 동력피스톤(1)과 상기 입력로드(3)가 작동하여 축방향의 상대적 변위에 따라 작동하는 상기 이동부재(40에 의해 상기 밸브메카니즘(4, 14, 15, 16)은 상기 부우스트체임버의 압력(p2)을 내려주거나 올려줄 수 있도록 상기 부우스트체임버(50와 상기 압력강하통로(17)사이의 유압통로와 상기 부우스트체임버(5)와 상기 중간유입체임버(6)사이의 유압통로를 개폐하도록 되고, 동력원압력을 중간유입체임버(6)로 유입하기 위한 연결통로의 개폐를 조절하도록 차동압력조절밸브(30)가 설치되는 바, 이 밸브(30)에는 이 밸브(30)를 개방시키기 위한 방향으로 제1압력이 가해지고 또 이 밸브(30)를 폐쇄시키기 위해 제2압력이 가해지게 된다.
    상기 제1압력은 상기 부우스트체임버(5)의 입력과 스프링압력(pd)과의 합과 동일하고 상기 제2압력은 상기 중간유입체임버(6)내의 압력(p1)과 동일하게 되며 상기 중간유입체임버(6)의 압력(p1)은 항시 어떤 내정된 값만큼 상기 부우스트체임버(5)의 압력보다 높게 유지되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압부우스터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차동압력조절밸브(30)에는 스푸울밸브(33)과 이 밸브(33)를 밀어주는 스프링(34) 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압부우스터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사이 차동아??조절밸브(30)에는 피스톤(36)과 이 피스톤(36)을 밀어주는 스프링(34) 및 볼밸브(37)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압부우스터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브메카니즘(4, 14, 15, 16)에는 스푸울밸브(4)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압부우스터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브메카니즘(4, 14, 15, 16)에는 스푸울밸브(4)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압부우스터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브메카니즘(4, 14, 15, 16)에는 볼밸브(38)과 스푸울밸브(39)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압부우스터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브메카니즘(4, 14, 15, 16)에는 볼밸브(38)과 스푸울밸브(39)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압부우스터.
