Claims (2)
- 방향제어밸브를 유체 액츄에이터와 연통시키는 한쌍의 공급 및 배출통로내에 배치되어 있고, 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 공급측에서의 압력에 반응하여 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 배출측에서 유동면적을 조정하며, 릴리프기능을 가진 카운터밸런스 밸브에 있어서, 상기 공급 및 배출통로에 각각 대응하고 상기 카운터밸런스 밸브의 스푸울을 구성하는 2개의 분할스푸울, 상기 압력이 상기 유체 액츄에이터의 펌핑기능으로 인해 상기 유동 면적이 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 배출측에서의 증가된 압력에 반응하여 증가하는 방향으로 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 상기 공급측에서의 상기 분할스푸울 중의 하나를 이동시키기 위한 수단, 및 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 상기 배출측에서 증가된 압력을 갖춘 유체가 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 상기 공급측에서 제거되도록 상기 이동수단이 작동되면 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 상기 배출측을 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 공급측에 연동시키기 위한 연동통로로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴리프기능을 가진 카운터밸런스밸브.
- 릴리프기능을 가진 카운터밸런스 밸브에 있어서, 한쌍의 공급 및 배출통로내에 배치되어 있고 방향 제어밸브를 유체 액츄에이터에 연통시키며, 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 공급측에서의 압력에 반응하여 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 배출측에서의 유동면적을 조정하는 스푸울, 상기 압력이 상기 유체 액츄 에이터의 펌핑기능으로 인해 소정의 압력보다 증가되면, 상기 유동면적이 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 상기 배출측에서의 증가된 압력에 반응하여 증가하는 방향으로 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 상기 공급측에서의 상기 스푸울중의 하나를 이동시키기 위하여 상기 스푸울내에 배치되는 로드부재, 및 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 상기 배출측에서의 증가된 압력을 가진 상기 유체가 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 상기 공급측에서의 제거되도록 로드부재가 작동되면 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 상기 배출측을 상기 공급 및 배출통로의 공급측에 연통시키기 위한 연통통로로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴리프 기능을 가진 카운터밸런스밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
