Claims (7)
- 유체 저장조 : 그 유체저장조와 통하여 있는 유체 유입구를가지고 있고 또한 유체 배출구를 가진 가변 변위 펌프; 그 펌프의 변위를 제어하기 위한 유체 압력 작동식 변위 제어 수단; 상기 펌프로부터 유체 작동장치로의 유체의 흐름을 제어하기 위해 상기 유체 배출구 및 상기 저장조와 통하여 있는 제어 밸브 수단; 신호 유체의 일정한 흐름을 발생시키기 위한 수단; 상기 신호 유체 흐름을 조절하기 위한 상기 제어밸브를 포함하는 수단; 상기 신호 유체의 압력의 변화에 응하여 상기 신호유체의 일부분을 상기 제어수단으로 흐르게 하거나 또는 상기 제어 수단을 상기 저장조와 통하도록 배치시키기 위해, 상기 조절수단의 배출구, 상기 변위 제어 수단 및 상기 저장조와 유체가 통하도록 연통하여 있는 센서 밸브 수단으로 구성된 유압식 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호 유체흐름 발생수단이 상기 저장조에 연결된 정변위펌프를 포함하는 상기 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호 유체 흐름 발생 수단이 상기 펌프의 유체 배출구에 연결된 압력 보상식흐름 제어 밸브를 포함하는 상기 제어시스템.
- 상기 항들중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 밸브 수단이, 상기 신호 유체의 압력이 미리 정해진 값을 초과한때 상기 변위 제어 수단과 통하도록 상기 신호 유체의 일부분을 배치시켜 펌프 변위를 감소시키도록 하는 수단과, 상기 신호유체의 압력이 상기 미리 정해진 값보다작은 때 상기 저장조와 통하도록 상기 변위제어수단을 배치시켜 펌프 변위를 증가시키도록 하는 수단을 포함하는 상기 제어시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 센서 밸브 수단이, 상기 신호유체의 압력이 상기 미리 정해진 값과 동일할 때 상기 신호유체, 상기 변위 제어 수단 및 상기 저장조 사이의 유체흐름을 봉쇄하여 펌프 변위를 일정하게 유지하도록 하는 수단을 더 포함하는 상기 제어 시스템.
- 상기 항들중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 밸브 수단이, 유체 작동장치에 연결되는 데 적합하게 된 적어도 하나의 급유구, 상기 가변 변위 펌프와 상기 급유구 사이의 유체 흐름이 봉쇄되는 중립 위치, 및 상기 가변 변위 펌프의 유체 배출구가 상기 급유구와 유체가 통하도록 배치되는 적어도 하나의 작동 위치를 가지고 있고 상기 조절 수단이 상기 신호 유체 흐름 발생 수단과 저장조 사이의 흐름을 제한하기 위한 고정오리피스를 포함하고, 상기 제어밸브가 그가 상기 중립위치와 상기 작동위치 사이에 있을 때 상기 신호 유체흐름 발생 수단과 고정오리피스 사이의 유로내 흐름을 제한하기 위한 수단을 더 가지고 있고, 그 흐름 제한 수단이, 상기 밸브가 상기 중립 위치로부터 상기 작동위치 쪽으로 이동된 때 상기 유로내 가변제한부를 제한하는 상기 제어시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조절 수단이 상기 신호 유체 밸브의 일부분을 송출하기 위해 상기 가변 오리피스와 상기 고정 오리피스 사이에 배치된 제어 포오트를 포함하는 상기 제어 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
