Abstract

본 발명은 가변 재생기능이 구비된 중장비용 콘트롤밸브에 관한 것으로, 특히 액츄에이터 작동회로의 귀환통로와 탱크통로 사이에 재생통로를 설치하고 재생통로에는 공급측에서 귀환측으로 역류가 방지되도록 체크밸브를 설치하고, 재생통로와 탱크통로 사이에는 개구량을 조절할 수 있는 재생절환스풀을 설치함과 아울러 상기 재생절환스풀은 공급측 통로의 압력과 밸브스프링의 압력이 상호작용하여 절환됨에 따라 재생되는 압유량을 제어하는 재생기능이 구비된 중장비용 콘트롤밸브에 있어서, 상기 절환스풀의 절환압력을 결정하는 밸브스프링의 단부에 설치되어 외부신호에 의해 이동함에 따라 상기 밸브스프링의 탄성력을 가감시키는 수단을 구비하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가변 재생기능이 구비된 중장비용 콘트롤밸브에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 액츄에이터 작동회로의 귀환통로와 탱크통로 사이에 재생통로를 설치하고 재생통로에는 공급측에서 귀환측으로 역류가 방지되도록 체크밸브를 설치하고, 재생통로와 탱크통로 사이에는 개구량을 조절할 수 있는 재생절환스풀을 설치함과 아울러 상기 재생절환스풀은 공급측 통로의 압력과 밸브스프링의 압력이 상호작용하여 절환됨에 따라 재생되는 압유량을 제어하는 재생기능이 구비된 중장비용 콘트롤밸브에 있어서; 상기 절환스풀의 절환압력을 결정하는 밸브스프링의 단부에 설치되어 외부신호에 의해 이동함에 따라 상기 밸브스프링의 탄성력을 가감시키는 수단을 구비하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가변 재생기능이 구비된 중장비용 콘트롤밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수단은, 상기 외부신호에 의하여 입력되는 전기량에 비례하여 압유를 출력하는 전자비례밸브를 통하여 전달되어 연속적으로 위치이동하는 피스톤임을 특징으로 하는 가변 재생기능이 구비된 중장비용 콘트롤밸브.
