Claims (17)
- 평균 섬유 직경이 50 ∼ 1000㎚ 이고, 섬유 길이가 100㎛ 이상이고, BET 비표면적이 0.1 ∼ 10㎡/g 인 세라믹 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Al2O3 환산량으로 20 ∼ 100 중량% 의 알루미늄 산화물을 함유하는 세라믹 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,산화티탄을 함유하는 세라믹으로 이루어지는 세라믹 섬유.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,산화티탄이 아나타제형 결정으로 이루어지는 세라믹 섬유.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,세라믹 섬유를 공기 분위기 하에서, 분위기 온도를 승온 속도 1.3℃/분으로 20℃ 에서 800℃ 까지 승온시키고, 800℃ 에서 2 시간 유지시킨 후에, 강온 속도 1.3℃/분에서 800℃ 에서 20℃ 까지 강온시킨 후의, 세라믹 섬유 중의 아나타제형 결정과 루틸형 결정의 존재비가 X 선 회절 도형에 있어서, 2θ 가 25 ∼ 26℃ 의 아나타제형 결정의 피크 강도를 100 으로 한 경우, 2θ 가 27 ∼ 28˚ 인 루틸형 결정의 피크 강도가 0 ∼ 10 인 세라믹 섬유.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,아나타제형 결정의 결정자 사이즈가 100 ∼ 300㎚ 인 세라믹 섬유.
- 수용성의 알루미늄 염화물을 함유하는 수용액에 섬유 형성성의 용질을 용해시키는 단계와, 상기 섬유 형성성의 용질을 함유하는 수용액으로부터 정전 방사법으로 방사하는 단계와, 상기 방사에 의해 포집 기판에 누적되는 섬유 구조체를 얻는 단계와, 상기 누적된 섬유 구조체를 소성하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 2 항에 기재된 세라믹 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 섬유 형성성의 용질이 분자량 10,000 ∼ 10,000,000 의 유기 고분자인, 제 5 항에 기재된 세라믹 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,유기 고분자가 폴리에틸렌글리콜인 세라믹 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,수용성의 알루미늄 염화물을 함유하는 수용액에, 추가로 수용성의 규소 화합물을 함유하는 세라믹 섬유 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,수용성의 규소 화합물이 규산알킬을 일부 가수 분해시킨 화합물인 세라믹 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 티탄산알킬과의 착물 (錯體) 을 형성하는 화합물과 티탄산알킬의 혼합물과 물과 섬유 형성성의 용질로 이루어지는 용액을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 용액으로부터 정전 방사법으로 방사하는 단계와, 상기 방사에 의해 얻어진 섬유 구조체를 누적시키는 단계와, 상기 누적된 섬유 구조체를 소성하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 3 항에 기재된 세라믹 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 용액을 제조하는 단계가 티탄산알킬과의 착물을 형성하는 화합물과 티탄산알킬의 혼합물과 물이 반응함으로써 생성되는 겔을 해리시킴으로써 용액을 제조하는 단계인 세라믹 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,섬유 형성성의 용질이 유기 고분자인 세라믹 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,유기 고분자가 폴리에틸렌글리콜인 세라믹 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,티탄산알킬과의 착물을 형성하는 화합물이 카르복실산류인 세라믹 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,카르복실산류가 아세트산인 세라믹 섬유의 제조 방법.
