Description
Claims (4)
- 차량의 차고를 조정 가능한 차고 조정 장치이며,작동 유체가 봉입된 실린더와,상기 실린더 내에 진퇴 가능하게 삽입되는 로드와,상기 로드에 연결되어 상기 실린더 내를 미끄럼 이동식으로 이동 가능하고, 상기 실린더 내를 로드측실과 반로드측실로 구획하는 피스톤과,상기 피스톤에 배치되어 상기 로드의 진퇴로 작동 유체가 통과함으로써 감쇠력을 발생하는 감쇠부와,상기 실린더의 외부에 배치되고 일부에 저압 가스가 봉입된 저압실과,상기 실린더의 외부에 배치되고 일부에 고압 가스가 봉입된 고압실과,상기 저압실의 작동 유체를 상기 로드의 진퇴 동작에 수반하여 상기 반로드측실로 공급함으로써 차량의 차고를 조정하는 펌프실과,상기 반로드측실과 상기 고압실을 연통하는 연통로와,상기 연통로의 유로 면적을 상기 고압실의 유체 압력에 따라서 증감하는 밸브 본체를 구비하는 차고 조정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더에 있어서의 상기 반로드측실의 단부 개구를 폐색하여 상기 연통로가 관통 형성되는 보텀 블럭(bottom block)을 더 구비하고,상기 밸브 본체는 상기 보텀 블럭에 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 수용 장착되고, 배면에 작용하는 상기 고압실의 유체 압력에 따라서 진퇴함으로써 상기 연통로의 유로 면적을 설정하는 차고 조정 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보텀 블럭은 상기 저압실의 작동 유체가 유도되는 파일럿실을 구비하고,상기 밸브 본체는 상기 파일럿실에 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 삽입되는 가이드부를 구비하고,상기 파일럿실에는 상기 밸브 본체를 상기 고압실의 유체 압력에 대항하여 압박하는 압박 부재가 수용 장착되고,상기 밸브 본체는 상기 고압실과 상기 저압실의 압력차와 상기 가이드부의 단면적에 의해 산출되는 하중이 상기 압박 부재의 압박력보다도 커졌던 경우에, 전진하여 상기 연통로의 유로 면적을 작게 하는 차고 조정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압실과 상기 저압실을 연통하는 통로를 더 구비하고,상기 통로에는 상기 고압실과 상기 저압실의 압력차가 소정 이상에 도달한 경우에, 상기 고압실로부터 상기 저압실로의 작동 유체의 흐름을 허용하는 릴리프 밸브가 배치되는 차고 조정 장치.
