Description
Claims (26)
- 코어재가 진공으로 봉해진, 판형상의 단열재와,판형상의 구조용 면재를 구비하고,상기 단열재의 한쪽 면과 상기 구조용 면재의 한쪽 면이 대향한 상태에서, 상기 단열재와 상기 구조용 면재가 일체화되는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 복수의 상기 단열재가, 겹치지 않고 2차원형상으로 배열된 상태에서 상기 구조용 면재와 일체화되는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단열재는, 복수의 상기 코어재가 겹치지 않고 2차원형상으로 배열된 상태에서, 각 상기 코어재가 독립으로 진공으로 봉해진 부재인 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 복수의 상기 코어재의 크기 또는 형상이 다른 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 단열재는, 상기 코어재를 상하로부터 덮어 진공으로 봉하기 위한 외피재를 가지고,상기 외피재의 각 상기 코어재를 끼우지 않은 부위의 상측부와 하측부는 상 기 코어재의 가장자리까지 결합하고 있는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 구조용 면재의 한쪽 면과 대향하는 상기 단열재의 한쪽 면은, 상기 외피재가 상기 코어재와 대향하는 부분과 대향하지 않는 부분에서 요철이 생기지 않아 평활하고, 상기 단열재의 다른쪽 면은, 상기 외피재가 상기 코어재와 대향하는 부분과 대향하지 않는 부분에서 요철이 생기는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 복수의 상기 단열재가 적층된 상태에서 상기 구조용 면재와 일체화되어 있는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 복수의 상기 단열재는, 상기 코어재가 겹치지 않도록 적층되어 있는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 적층되어 있는 복수의 상기 단열재 중 적층 방향의 끝에 위치하는 상기 단열재는, 상기 단열재끼리 대향하는 면과는 반대측의 면이, 상기 외피재가 상기 코어재와 대향하는 부분과 대향하지 않는 부분에서 요철이 생기지 않아 평활한 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 적층되어 있는 복수의 상기 단열재는, 상기 단열재끼리 대향하는 면이, 상기 외피재가 상기 코어재와 대향하는 부분과 대향하지 않는 부분 에서 요철이 생기는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단열재는, 상기 코어재를 상하로부터 덮어 진공으로 봉하기 위한 외피재를 가지고,상기 외피재는,상기 코어재의 한쪽 면측에 위치하는, 금속 증착층을 포함하는 제1 라미네이트 필름과,상기 코어재의 다른쪽 면측에 위치하는, 금속박층을 포함하는 제2 라미네이트 필름으로 구성되어 있는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 제1 라미네이트 필름은, 상기 금속 증착층의, 상기 코어재로부터 먼 쪽의 면 상에 설치된 폴리아크릴산계 수지층을 포함하는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단열재는, 상기 코어재를 상하로부터 덮어 진공으로 봉하기 위한 외피재를 가지고,상기 외피재는,상기 코어재의 한쪽 면측에 위치하는, 제1 금속 증착층을 포함하는 제1 라미네이트 필름과,상기 코어재의 다른쪽 면측에 위치하는, 제2 금속 증착층을 포함하는 제2 라 미네이트 필름으로 구성되어 있고,상기 제1 라미네이트 필름은, 상기 제1 금속 증착층의, 상기 코어재로부터 먼 쪽의 면 상에 설치된 폴리아크릴산계 수지층을 포함하고,상기 제2 라미네이트 필름은, 상기 제2 금속 증착층의, 상기 코어재로부터 먼 쪽의 면 상에 설치된 폴리아크릴산계 수지층을 포함하는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단열재는, 발포계 단열재에 내포되어 있고, 상기 발포계 단열재를 통해 상기 구조용 면재와 일체화되어 있는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단열재 및 상기 구조용 면재는, 두께 방향으로 관통공을 가지고,상호 상기 관통공이 겹치는 상태에서, 상기 단열재와 상기 구조용 면재는 일체화되어 있는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단열재의 외면에 설치된 방수 시트를 또한 구비하는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 구조용 면재의 외면에 설치된 방습 기밀 시트를 또한 구비하는 건축용 부재.
- 청구항 1기재의 건축용 부재와,상기 건축용 부재의 위에 조합된 나무재와,상기 나무재에 고정된 외벽 마무리재를 구비하는 건물.
- 청구항 18에 있어서, 상기 건축용 부재는, 상기 단열재가 상기 나무재와 대향하도록 배치되는 건물.
- 청구항 18에 있어서, 상기 건축용 부재는, (1) 복수의 상기 단열재가, 겹치지 않고 2차원형상으로 배열된 상태에서 상기 구조용 면재와 일체화되어 있는 건축용 부재이거나, 또는 (2) 상기 단열재가, 복수의 상기 코어재가 겹치지 않고 2차원형상으로 배열된 상태에서, 각 상기 코어재가 독립적으로 진공으로 봉해진 부재인 건축용 부재로서,상기 나무재는, 못 또는 비스에 의해 상기 건축용 부재에 조합되는 건물.
- 단열재의 두께가 다른 복수의 청구항 1기재의 건축용 부재를 구비하는 건물.
- 단열재의 코어재의 면적율이 다른 복수의 청구항 3기재의 건축용 부재를 구비하는 건물.
- 청구항 1기재의 건축용 부재를 이용해 건물을 건축하는 건축 방법.
- 코어재 복수 개가 진공으로 봉해진, 시트형상의 단열재로서,롤 형상으로 감긴 상태로 지지되어 있는 단열재.
- 다공체인 코어재가 진공으로 봉해진, 평면형상의 단열재로서,표면에 점착층이 설치되고, 상기 점착층 상에 박리지가 형성되는 단열재.
- 다공체인 코어재 복수 개가 진공으로 봉해진, 평면형상의 단열재로서, 소정의 간격으로 마크가 설치되는 단열재.
