Claims (6)
- 2개 이상의 활성수소원자를 가지는 화합물(A)과, 유기폴리이소시아네이트(B)와, 3급아미노기를 가지는 쇄신장제(C)를 구성요소로 하는 우레탄프리폴리머에 포함되는 3급아미노기를 산에 의해 중화 또는 4급화제로 4급화한 양이온성 우레탄프리폴리머(D)를, 물 또는 폴리아민화합물(E)을 사용해 쇄신장한 양이온성 수계 우레탄 수지(F)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속재료 표면처리용 수계 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 수계 우레탄 수지(F)에 포함되는 수지 고형분의 가교밀도가, 상기 양이온성 수계 우레탄 수지(F)의 1000분자량당 0.01~0.50인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속재료 표면처리용 수계 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 수계 우레탄 수지(F) 중의 3급아미노기를 가지는 쇄신장제(C)의 도입량이, 수지 고형분의 아민가로서 5~80mgKOH/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속재료 표면처리용 수계 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 수계 우레탄 수지(F)에 포함되는 수지 고형분의 유리전이온도가, 30~120℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속재료 표면처리용 수계 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 활성수소원자를 가지는 화합물(A)이, 비스페놀A의 옥시알킬렌 유도체, 올레핀계 폴리올, 식물유계 폴리올로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 활성수소함유화합물(A1)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속재료 표면처리용 수계 도료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 활성수소함유화합물(A1)은 상기 수계 폴리우레탄 수지(F)에 대해서 고형분 환산으로 5중량%이상이 되게끔 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속재료 표면처리용 수계 도료 조성물.
