Claims (7)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사용된 염기가 피리딘, 피콜린, 2-메틸-5-에틸피리딘, 2,4,6-콜리딘, 퀴놀린 또는 퀴날딘인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 화학식 (V)의 3-디할로메틸-1H-피라졸-4-카복실산 에스테르를 제조하기 위한 화학식 (I)의 2-디할로아실-3-아미노아크릴산 에스테르의 용도:상기 식에서,R은 C1-C4-알킬을 나타내고,X1 및 X2는 각각 독립적으로 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내며,R4는 C1-C4-알킬, 하이드록시-C1-C4-알킬, C2-C6-알케닐, C3-C6-사이클로알킬, C1-C4-알킬티오-C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시-C1-C4-알킬, 각 경우에 1 내지 5개의 할로겐 원자를 가지는 C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬티오-C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-C4-할로알콕시-C1-C4-알킬을 나타내거나, 페닐을 나타낸다.
- 화학식 (I)의 2-디할로아실-3-아미노아크릴산 에스테르를 비양성자성 용매의 존재하에 -50 내지 0 ℃의 온도에서 화학식 (IV)의 히드라진 유도체와 반응시킴으로 특징으로 하는, 화학식 (V)의 3-디할로메틸피라졸-4-카복실산 에스테르의 제조방법:상기 식에서,R, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 C1-C4-알킬을 나타내고,X1 및 X2는 각각 독립적으로 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내며,R4는 C1-C4-알킬, 하이드록시-C1-C4-알킬, C2-C6-알케닐, C3-C6-사이클로알킬, C1-C4-알킬티오-C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시-C1-C4-알킬, 각 경우에 1 내지 5개의 할로겐 원자를 가지는 C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬티오-C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-C4-할로알콕시-C1-C4-알킬을 나타내거나, 페닐을 나타낸다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 화학식 (I)의 2-디할로아실-3-아미노아크릴산 에스테르가 제 1 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 (V)의 3-디할로메틸피라졸-4-카복실산 에스테르의 제조방법
