Description
Claims (7)
- 평탄면으로 이루어지는 광투과부와 경사면으로 이루어지는 광 불투과부가 배치되고, 입력광을 조사함으로써 그 출력 패턴이 광학식 부호로 되는 광학식 스케일과, 상기 입력광을 조사하기 위한 광원을 하나 이상 마련한 광원부와, 상기 출력 패턴을 수광하는 수광 소자를 하나 이상 마련한 수광부를 구비한 광학식 인코더에 있어서,상기 광 불투과부는, 상기 광원으로부터의 입력광에 대하여 그 광축의 입사각이 임계각 이상으로 되도록 설정되고, 상기 입력광이 입사하는 쪽이 넓어진 ハ의 글자 형상에 대향하는 적어도 1조의 경사면으로 이루어지고, 한쪽의 경사면에 입사한 입사광이 전반사하여 다른 쪽의 경사면에 입사하고, 다른 쪽의 경사면에서 적어도 일부가 반사되도록 구성되며, 또한, 상기 다른 쪽의 경사면에서 반사된 반사광이, 상기 광원의 발광부 및 발광부 주위의 반사부에 입사하지 않도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 1조의 경사면이 이루는 각도가 (90 + γ)도 또는 (90 - γ)도이며, 0 < γ < 90인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 1조의 경사면 중 적어도 한쪽의 경사면은 평탄면에 대하여 (45 - α)도 또는 (45 + α)도 경사져 있고, 0 < α < 45인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,광 불투과부는, 한쪽의 경사면에 입사한 입사광이 전반사하여 다른 쪽의 경사면에 입사하고, 다른 쪽의 경사면에서 전반사되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
- 광투과부와 광 불투과부가 배치되고, 입력광을 조사함으로써 그 출력 패턴이 광학식 부호로 되는 광학식 스케일과, 상기 입력광을 조사하기 위한 광원을 하나 이상 마련한 광원부와, 상기 출력 패턴을 수광하는 수광 소자를 하나 이상 마련한 수광부를 구비한 광학식 인코더에 있어서,상기 광원의 발광부 주위의 반사부를 반사 방지막으로 덮은 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
- 광투과부와 광 불투과부가 배치되고, 입력광을 조사함으로써 그 출력 패턴이 광학식 부호로 되는 광학식 스케일과, 상기 입력광을 조사하기 위한 광원을 하나 이상 마련한 광원부와, 상기 출력 패턴을 수광하는 수광 소자를 하나 이상 마련한 수광부를 구비한 광학식 인코더에 있어서,상기 광원은, 기판 상의 다이패드에 접합되어 있고, 상기 다이패드의 면적을 당해 다이패드와 상기 광원과의 접촉 면적과 거의 같게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
- 광투과부와 광 불투과부가 배치된 하나 이상의 트랙을 갖고, 입력광을 조사함으로써 그 출력 패턴이 광학식 부호로 되는 광학식 스케일과, 상기 입력광을 조사하기 위한 광원을 하나 이상 마련한 광원부와, 상기 출력 패턴을 수광하는 수광 소자를 하나 이상 마련한 수광부를 구비한 광학식 인코더에 있어서,상기 광원의 광축을 대칭축으로 하여, 상기 광원으로부터의 입력광의 조사 영역 내의 상기 광 불투과부와 대칭인 위치에는 상기 광학식 스케일의 트랙이 없는 부분이 배치되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
