Claims (12)
- 다수의 관통 구멍이 벽부를 사이에 두고 길이 방향으로 병설된 기둥 형상의 다공질 세라믹 블럭으로 이루어지는 벌집형 구조체이며,상기 다수의 관통 구멍은 길이 방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 면적의 총합이 상대적으로 커지도록 상기 벌집형 구조체의 한쪽 단부에서 밀봉되어 이루어지는 대용적 관통 구멍군과, 상기 단면에 있어서의 면적의 총합이 상대적으로 작아지도록 상기 벌집형 구조체의 다른쪽 단부에서 밀봉되어 이루어지는 소용적 관통 구멍군으로 이루어지고,상기 관통 구멍 벽면의 표면 거칠기(Ry)는 10 내지 100 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 길이 방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 관통 구멍의 밀도는 15.5 내지 62개/㎠인 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다수의 관통 구멍은 길이 방향에 수직인 단면의 면적이 상대적으로 큰 대용적 관통 구멍과, 상기 단면의 면적이 상대적으로 작은 소용적 관통 구멍의 2종류의 관통 구멍으로 이루어지는 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관통 구멍의 길이 방향에 수직인 단면의 형상은 다각형인 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관통 구멍의 길이 방향에 수직인 단면의 형상은 팔각형 및 사각형인 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대용적 관통 구멍군과 소용적 관통 구멍군의 단면의 면적의 비(대용적 관통 구멍군/소용적 관통 구멍군)는 1.01 내지 6인 벌집형 구조체.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대용적 관통 구멍과 소용적 관통 구멍의 단면의 면적의 비(대용적 관통 구멍/소용적 관통 구멍)는 1.01 내지 6인 벌집형 구조체.
- 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 길이 방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 상기 하나의 대용적 관통 구멍이 인접하는 대용적 관통 구멍과 공유하는 벽부와, 상기 하나의 대용적 관통 구멍이 인접하는 상기 소용적 관통 구멍과 공유하는 벽부의 교차되는 각 중 적어도 하나가 둔각인 벌집형 구조체.
- 제3항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대용적 관통 구멍 및/또는 소용적 관통 구멍의 길이 방향에 수직인 단면의 모서리부의 근방이 곡선에 의해 구성되어 있는 벌집형 구조체.
- 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인접하는 대용적 관통 구멍의 길이 방향에 수직인 단면의 무게 중심간 거리와, 인접하는 소용적 관통 구멍의 길이 방향에 수직인 단면의 무게 중심간 거리가 동등한 벌집형 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공질 세라믹 블럭은 복수의 관통 구멍이 격벽을 사이에 두고 길이 방향으로 병설된 기둥 형상의 다공질 세라믹 부재가 밀봉재층을 거쳐서 복수개 결속됨으로써 구성되어 있는 벌집형 구조체.
- 차량의 배기 가스 정화 장치에 사용되는 청구항 1 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 벌집형 구조체를 이용한 필터.
