Claims (7)
- 이트륨(Y)을 포함하는 희토류 원소(이하, "R"이라고 칭한다)와 붕소(B)와 철(Fe)을 주성분으로 하는 RFeB계 합금을 수소 분압이 10 내지 10OkPa인 제1 처리압력(이하, "P1"이라고 칭한다)에서 온도가 953 내지 1133K인 제1 처리온도(이하, "T1"이라고 칭한다)로 되는 처리 분위기로 유지하는 고온 수소화 공정,당해 고온 수소화 공정 후의 RFeB계 합금을 수소 분압이 10kPa 이상인 제2 처리압력(이하, "P2"라고 칭한다)에 온도가 1033 내지 1213K인 제2 처리온도(이하, "T2"라고 칭한다)이며, 또한 T2>T1 또는 P2>P1의 조건을 만족시키는 조직 안정화 공정,당해 조직 안정화 공정 후의 RFeB계 합금을 수소 분압이 0.1 내지 10kPa인 제3 처리압력(이하, "P3"라고 칭한다)에서 온도가 1033 내지 1213K인 제3 처리온도(이하, "T3"라고 칭한다)로 되는 처리 분위기로 유지하는 제어 배기공정 및당해 제어 배기공정 후의 RFeB계 합금으로부터 잔류 수소(H)를 제거하는 강제 배기공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이방성 자석 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조직 안정화 공정이 P2≥P1, T2>T1 또는 P2>P1, T2≥T1의 조건을 만족시키는 공정인 이방성 자석 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조직 안정화 공정이 P2의 상한을 200kPa로 하는 공정인 이방성 자석 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어 배기공정 후, 강제 배기공정 전에 RFeB계 합금을 냉각시키는 냉각공정을 추가로 구비하는 이방성 자석 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고온 수소화 공정 전에 RFeB계 합금을 온도가 873K 이하인 수소 분위기 중에 유지하는 저온 수소화 공정을 추가로 구비하는 이방성 자석 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,제어 배기공정 후 또는 강제 배기공정 후에 수득된 RFeB계 합금에 디스프로슘(Dy), 테르븀(Tb), 네오디뮴(Nd), 프라세오디뮴(Pr) 또는 란탄(La)으로 이루어진 원소(이하, "R1"이라고 칭한다)를 적어도 하나 이상 함유하는 확산재료를 혼합하여 혼합 분말로 하는 혼합공정 및당해 혼합 분말을 가열하여 당해 RFeB계 합금의 표면 및 내부에 당해 R1을 확산시키는 확산 열처리 공정을 추가로 구비하는 이방성 자석 분말의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 혼합공정 후의 혼합 분말중에 수소가 잔류되어 있는 경우에 확산 열처리 공정 전에 당해 혼합 분말에서 당해 수소를 제거하는 탈수소 공정을 구비하는 이방성 자석 분말의 제조방법.
