Claims (5)
- 이소부틸렌 및 t-부탄올로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 분자상 산소 함유 가스와 반응시켜 메타크롤레인 또는 메타크롤레인과 메타크릴산의 혼합물을 제조하기 위한, 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 산화물 촉매 조성물.<화학식 I>(Mo+W)12BiaAbBcFedXeSbfOg식 중,A는 란탄, 세륨, 프라세오디뮴, 네오디뮴, 사마륨, 유러퓸, 가돌리늄, 테르븀, 디스프로슘, 홀뮴, 에르븀, 툴륨, 이테르븀, 루테튬 및 이트륨으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고,B는 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고,X는 코발트 단독, 또는 필수 성분인 코발트와 마그네슘 및 니켈로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 혼합물이고,몰리브덴(Mo)과 텅스텐(W)의 합계 12 원자에 대한 몰리브덴(Mo)의 원자수의 범위가 9 초과 12 이하이고, 텅스텐(W)의 원자수의 범위가 0 이상 3 미만이며,a, b, c, d, e, f 및 g는 각각 몰리브덴(Mo)과 텅스텐(W)의 합계 12 원자에 대한 비스무스(Bi), A, B, 철(Fe), X, 안티몬(Sb) 및 산소(O)의 원자 비율을 나타내고, 0<a≤8, 0<b≤8, 0<c<3, 0.2<d<5, 1≤e≤12, 0.1<f<3이며, g는 존재하는 다른 원소의 원자가 상태를 충족시키는 데 필요한 산소의 원자수이고,a, b, c, d 및 f는 0.02<b/(a+b+c)<0.6, 0<c/(a+b+c)≤0.9, 0.01<d/(a+b+d)≤0.9, 및 0.1<d-f<2.5의 조건을 충족한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서의 상기 혼합물 X에서 코발트, 마그네슘 및 니켈의 합계에 대한 코발트의 원자 비율이 0.5 이상이고, 화학식 I에서의 상기 혼합물 X가 마그네슘을 포함하는 경우에는, 상기 혼합물 X 중의 코발트, 마그네슘 및 니켈의 합계에 대한 마그네슘의 원자 비율이 0.5 이하이며, 화학식 I에서의 상기 혼합물 X가 니켈을 포함하는 경우에는, 상기 혼합물 X 중의 코발트, 마그네슘 및 니켈의 합계에 대한 니켈의 원자 비율이 0.33 미만인 산화물 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서의 a, b 및 c가 0.05<b/(a+b+c)<0.5의 조건을 충족하는 산화물 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서의 a, b 및 c가 0.1<c/(a+b+c)<0.8의 조건을 충족하는 산화물 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서의 a, b, d 및 f가 0.2<d/(a+b+d)<0.9의 조건과 0.3≤d-f≤2.3의 조건을 동시에 충족하는 산화물 촉매조성물.
