Claims (5)
- 폴리에스테르를 구성하는 다가 알코올 성분 중, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올이 10 몰% 이상, 네오펜틸글리콜이 2 몰% 이상이고, 또한 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올과 네오펜틸글리콜의 합계량이 12 내지 40 몰%인 폴리에스테르를 사용하여 얻어진 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름으로서,10 cm×10 cm의 정방 형상으로 절취한 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 시료를, 85 ℃의 온수 중에 10 초 침지하고 끌어올리고, 이어서 25 ℃의 수 중에 10 초 침지하고 끌어올렸을 때 최대 수축 방향의 열수축률이 20 % 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름의 최대 수축 방향과 직교하는 방향에 대한 인장 시험을, 복수의 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름 시험편에 대해서 척 사이 거리 100 mm, 시험편 폭 15 mm, 온도 23 ℃, 인장 속도 200 mm/분의 조건으로 행하였을 때, 파단 신도 5 % 이하의 시험편 수가, 전 시험편 수의 10 % 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 폴리에스테르를 구성하는 다가 알코올 성분 중, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올이 10 몰% 이상, 네오펜틸글리콜이 2 몰% 이상이고, 또한, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올과 네오펜틸글리콜의 합계량이 12 내지 40 몰%이고, 또한 폴리에스테르를 구성하는 디카르복실산 성분이, 이소프탈산을 제외한 방향족 디카르복실산이고, 또한 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 유닛이 50 몰% 이상인 폴리에스테르를 사용하여 얻어진 실질적으로 공동을 함유하지 않는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름으로서,10 cm×10 cm의 정방 형상으로 절취한 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 시료를, 85 ℃의 온수 중에 10 초 침지하고 끌어올리고, 계속해서 25 ℃의 수 중에 10 초 침지하고 끌어올렸을 때의 최대 수축 방향의 열수축률이 20 % 이상이고,필름의 최대 수축 방향과 직교하는 방향에 대한 인장 시험을, 복수의 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름 시험편에 대해서 척 사이 거리 100 mm, 시험편 폭 15 mm, 온도 23 ℃, 인장 속도 200 mm/분의 조건에서 행하였을 때 파단 신도 5 % 이하의 시험편 수가, 전 시험편 수의 10 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디카르복실산이 테레프탈산인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다가 알코올 성분에 추가로 1,4-부탄디올이 2 몰% 이상 포함되어 있는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
