Claims (5)
- 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름으로서, 하기 (A) 내지 (C)를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.(A) 10 cm×10 cm의 정방형상으로 잘라낸 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 시료에 대하여, 70 ℃의 온수 중에 5 초 침지하고 꺼내고, 계속해서 25 ℃의 물 속에 10 초 침지하고 꺼내었을 때의 최대 수축 방향의 열수축률이 10 내지 50 %.(B) 10 cm×10 cm의 정방형상으로 잘라낸 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 시료에 대하여, 85 ℃의 온수 중에 5 초 침지하고 꺼내고, 계속해서 25 ℃의 물 속에 10 초 침지하고 꺼내었을 때의 최대 수축 방향의 열수축률이 70 % 이상, 최대 수축 방향에 직교하는 방향의 열수축률이 10 % 이하.(C) 10 cm×10 cm의 정방형상으로 잘라낸 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 시료, 및 최대 수축 방향으로 10 % 열수축시킨 필름을 10 cm×10 cm의 정방형상으로 잘라낸 시료에 대하여, 95 ℃의 온수 중에 5 초 침지하고 꺼내고, 계속해서 25 ℃의 물 속에 10 초 침지하고 꺼내었을 때 측정되는 최대 수축 방향의 열수축률을 각각 X0(%), X10(%)라 할 때, 하기 수학식 (1)로 표시되는 열수축률차 Δ(%)가 10 내지 20 %.<수학식 1>Δ=X0-X10
- 제1항에 있어서, 최대 수축 방향으로 10 % 열수축시킨 후의 필름의 상기 방향에 대한 열수축 응력치를 온도 90 ℃, 흡출 속도 5 m/초의 열풍 중, 시험편 폭 20 mm, 척간 거리 100 mm의 조건에서 측정하였을 때, 최대 열수축 응력치가 7 MPa 이상인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필름의 최대 수축 방향에서의 두께 변위 측정을 길이 50 cm, 폭 5 cm의 시험편에 대하여 행하였을 때, 하기 수학식 (2)로 규정하는 두께 분포가 6 % 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.<수학식 2>두께 분포=[(최대 두께-최소 두께)/평균 두께]×100
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 275 ℃에서의 용융 비저항치가 0.70×108 Ωㆍcm 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름을 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 라벨.
