- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 화학식 Ia의 화합물 또는 이의 염, 용매화물 또는 이의 생리학적 작용성 유도체:상기 식에서,R1, R2, R3, R6및 R7은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, m은 4 또는 5이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, N-{3-[(2-{[6-({(2R)-2-하이드록시-2-[4-하이드록시-3-(하이드록시메틸)페닐]에틸}아미노)헥실]옥시}에톡시)메틸]페닐}-N'-페닐우레아;4-{(1R)-2-[(6-{2-[(2,6-디클로로벤질)옥시]에톡시}헥실)아미노]-1-하이드록시에틸}-2-(하이드록시메틸)페놀;N-(3-{[({3-[(2-{[6-({(2R)-2-하이드록시-2-[4-하이드록시-3-(하이드록시메틸)페닐]에틸}아미노)헥실]옥시}에톡시)메틸]페닐}아미노)카르보닐]아미노}페닐)피리딘-3-카르복스아미드;4-{(1R)-1-하이드록시-2-[(6-{2-[(3-하이드록시벤질)옥시]에톡시}헥실)아미노]에틸}-2-(하이드록시메틸)페놀;4-{(1R)-2-[(6-{2-[(3,5-디메틸벤질)옥시]에톡시}헥실)아미노]-1-하이드록시에틸}-2-(하이드록시메틸)페놀;N-{3-[(2-{[5-({(2R)-2-하이드록시-2-[4-하이드록시-3-(하이드록시메틸)페닐]에틸}아미노)펜틸]옥시}에톡시)메틸]페닐}-N'-페닐우레아로부터 선택된 화합물 또는 이의 염, 용매화물 또는 생리학적 작용성 유도체.
- 4-{(1R)-2-[(6-{2-[(2,6-디클로로벤질)옥시]에톡시}헥실)아미노]-1-하이드록시에틸}-2-(하이드록시메틸)페놀인 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 염 또는 용매화물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식 I 또는 Ia의 화합물, 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염, 용매화물 또는 생리학적 작용성 유도체, 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 부형제, 및 임의의 하나 이상의 다른 치료 성분을 포함하는 약제학적 제형.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식 I 또는 Ia의 화합물, 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염, 용매화물 또는 생리학적 작용성 유도체, 및 하나 이상의 다른 치료 성분을 포함하는 배합물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 다른 치료 성분이 PDE4 억제제, 코르티코스테로이드 또는 항콜린제인 배합물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 추가의 치료 성분이 6α,9α-디플루오로-17a-[(2-푸라닐카르보닐)옥시]-11β-하이드록시-16α-메틸-3-옥소-안드로스타-1,4-디엔-17β-카르보티오산 S-플루오로메틸 에스테르인 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식 I 또는 Ia의 화합물, 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염, 용매화물 또는 생리학적 작용성 유도체의 선택적 β2-아드레노수용체 효능제가 지시되는 임상 증상의 예방 또는 치료를 위한 약제 제조용 용도.
- 치료학적 유효량의 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식 I 또는 Ia의 화합물, 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염, 용매화물 또는 생리학적 작용성 유도체를 투여하는 것을 포함하여 선택적 β2-아드레노수용체 효능제가 지시되는 포유 동물에서의 임상 상태를 예방 또는 치료하는 방법.
- 의약적 치료에 사용하기 위한 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식 I 또는 Ia의 화합물, 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염, 용매화물 또는 생리학적 작용성 유도체.
- 하기 화학식 II의 보호된 중간체 또는 이의 염 또는 용매화물을 탈보호하거나;(B) 하기 화학식 XIX의 아민을 화학식 VI의 화합물로 알킬화시킨 다음, 존재하는 임의의 보호 기를 통상의 방법으로 제거하거나;(C) 상기에서 정의한 바와 같은 화학식 XIX의 아민을 하기 화학식 XX의 화합물과 환원적 아민화를 수행하기에 적합한 조건하에 반응시키고,그 후에 필요하거나 요망되는 경우,(i) 임의의 보호 기의 임의의 제거;(ii) 거울상이성질체 또는 부분입체이성질체의 혼합물로부터 거울상이성질체 또는 부분입체이성질체의 임의의 분리;(iii) 생성물의 상응하는 염, 용매화물 또는 생리학적 작용성 유도체로의 임의의 전환;(iv) 기 R1a, R2a및/또는 R3a의 각각 기 R1, R2및/또는 R3으로의 임의의 전환 단계들 중 하나 이상을 임의의 순서로 포함하는 화학식 I 또는 Ia의 화합물을 제조하는 방법:,,,상기 식에서,R4, R5, R6, R7, m 및 n은 화학식 I 또는 Ia의 화합물에서 정의된 바와 같고, R1a, R2a및 R3a은 각각 독립적으로 화학식 I 또는 Ia의 화합물에서 R1, R2및 R3에 대해 각각 정의된 바와 같거나, 상기 기 R1, R2또는 R3에 대한 전구체이고,R13, R14및 R15는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 보호 기 중 하나이며, 단 하나 이상의 R13, R14및 R15는 보호 기이고,R19는 수소 또는 보호 기이고,L1은 이탈 기, 예를 들어 할로이다.
