Claims (6)
- 기재 물질, 및 열-팽창성 미세구를 함유하고 피착물(adherend)에 접착되는 표면을 갖는 열-팽창성 감압성 접착제 층을 포함하되, 상기 열-팽창성 감압성 접착제 층의 표면이 가열 전에 0.4 ㎛보다 큰 중심선 평균 거칠기(roughness)를 갖고 열-팽창성 미세구로부터 유발된 볼록부를 갖는 열-박리성 감압성 접착 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,열-팽창성 감압성 접착제 층의 두께보다 큰 입자 크기를 갖는 열-팽창성 미세구의 양이, 전체 열-팽창성 미세구 부피의 0.1 내지 0.3 부피%인 열-박리성 감압성 접착 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,기재 물질과 열-팽창성 감압성 접착제 층 사이에 고무-유사 유기 탄성 층을 추가로 포함하는 열-박리성 감압성 접착 시이트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,기재 물질과 열-팽창성 감압성 접착제 층 사이에 고무-유사 유기 탄성 층을 추가로 포함하는 열-박리성 감압성 접착 시이트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,고무-유사 유기 탄성 층이 점착성 물질을 포함하는 열-박리성 감압성 접착 시이트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,고무-유사 유기 탄성 층이 점착성 물질을 포함하는 열-박리성 감압성 접착 시이트.
