Abstract
本发明涉及一种溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜及其使用方法。这种溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜含有一定量的剥离剂。加热分离溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜时,剥离剂体积膨胀,以膨胀之力导致压敏胶临时保护膜粘附强度下降,便于压敏胶临时保护膜与所保护工件表面分离。

技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜领域,尤其是一种溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜及其制备和使用方法。
背景技术
压敏胶临时保护膜是一种对其他材料表面进行临时保护的功能性膜状材料,它广泛用于机械、仪表、电子、家电、船舶、建筑及汽车制造等领域。压敏胶临时保护膜除了要具有优异的耐水性、耐老化性能外,还有具有极佳的粘结性能,防止出现脱胶的现象。由于压敏胶保护膜仅用于表面保护临时,压敏胶保护膜不再保护工件表面时,压敏胶保护膜应易与工件分离,并且工件表面应无残胶。
按照分散介质不同,压敏胶临时保护膜主要分为水性和溶剂型两类,溶剂型压敏胶临时保护膜曾占据着压敏胶临时保护膜的主导地位,但由于环境保护、安全性等原因而逐步萎缩并让位于水性压敏胶临时保护膜,但在高温、潮湿等环境中,水性压敏胶临时保护膜还无法替代溶剂型压敏胶临时保护膜。
“粘得牢”与“易分离”一对矛盾的统一,是制约溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜应用的最大技术难点。恰到好处的粘附力是实现“粘得牢”与“易分离” 矛盾统一的一种选择,但恰到好处的粘附力,极难选择,在特定环境下,粘附力可能已满足粘附要求,换个环境可能粘附力远远不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,解决现有溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜“粘得牢但分离难、分离易但粘接不牢”的问题,提供一种粘附力强,并且易分离无残胶的溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜。
本发明公开了一种溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜,包括溶液型压敏胶、基材薄膜、离型膜,其特征在于:所述溶液型压敏胶还含有剥离剂。所述剥离剂敏感温度较压敏胶临时保护膜最高工艺温度及最高工作温度两者中最高温度高15℃以上,当剥离剂达到敏感温度时,发生膨胀,膨胀之后体积为膨胀之前体积的2倍以上。剥离剂包括发泡剂、发泡胶囊,剥离剂质量为溶液型压敏胶质量的1%—10%。
分离本发明公开的压敏胶临时保护膜的使用方法如下:(1)加热溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜至剥离剂敏感温度以上;(2)剥离剂体积膨胀,以膨胀之力致溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜粘附强度下降;(3)撕开溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜,溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜与保护工件分离。
具体实施方式
下面结合具休实施事例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解为,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明做出的各种改动或修改,这些等价形式仍属于本发明申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
将SIS树脂、N180石油树脂、甲苯、环烷油溶解混合均匀即制得溶液型压敏胶。在溶液型压敏胶中加入溶液型压敏胶重量3%的DAB发泡剂并混合均匀,以5克/平方米涂于聚烯烃塑料基材薄膜,并覆盖有机硅离型膜,制得溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜。使用时将机硅离型膜除去,将溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜贴于待保护工件,即可保护工件进行加工及流转。工件完成加工及流传后,用电吹风吹热风,DAB发泡剂发泡破坏胶层即可轻松除去保护膜。
实施例2
将792型SBS树脂、松香、甲苯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯溶解混合均匀即制得溶液型压敏胶。在溶液型压敏胶中加入溶液型压敏胶重量5%的TSH发泡剂并混合均匀,以5克/平方米涂于聚烯烃塑料基材薄膜,并覆盖有机硅离型膜,制得溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜。使用时将机硅离型膜除去,将溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜贴于待保护工件,即可保护工件进行加工及流转。工件完成加工及流传后,用电吹风吹热风,TSH发泡剂发泡破坏胶层即可轻松除去保护膜。
实施例3
将SIS树脂、N180石油树脂、甲苯、环烷油溶解混合均匀即制得溶液型压敏胶。在溶液型压敏胶中加入溶液型压敏胶重量1.5%的F-30VS加热可膨胀微球并混合均匀,以5克/平方米涂于聚烯烃塑料基材薄膜,并覆盖有机硅离型膜,制得溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜。使用时将机硅离型膜除去,将溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜贴于待保护工件,即可保护工件进行加工及流转。工件完成加工及流传后,用电吹风吹热风,F-30VS膨胀以膨胀之力致溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜粘附强度下降,撕开溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜,溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜与保护工件即可轻松分离。
实施例4
将792型SBS树脂、萜烯树脂、甲苯汽油3:1(质量比)混合溶剂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯溶解混合均匀即制得溶液型压敏胶。在溶液型压敏胶中加入溶液型压敏胶重量9%的碳酸氢铵发泡剂并混合均匀,以5克/平方米涂于聚烯烃塑料基材薄膜,并覆盖有机硅离型膜,制得溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜。使用时将机硅离型膜除去,将溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜贴于待保护工件,即可保护工件进行加工及流转。工件完成加工及流传后,加热碳酸氢铵分解发泡破坏胶层即可轻松除去保护膜。
Claims (7)
1.一种溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜,包括溶液型压敏胶、基材薄膜、离型膜,其特征在于:所述溶液型压敏胶还含有剥离剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜,其特征在于:所述的剥离剂达到敏感温度时,发生膨胀,膨胀之后体积为膨胀之前体积的2倍以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜,其特征在于:所述的剥离剂敏感温度较压敏胶临时保护膜最高工艺温度及最高工作温度两者中最高温度高15℃以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜,其特征在于:剥离剂包括发泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压敏胶临时保护膜,其特征在于:剥离剂包括发泡胶囊。
6.根据权利要求1所述的压敏胶临时保护膜,其特征在于:所述的剥离剂质量为溶液型压敏胶质量的1%—10%。
7.分离如权利要求1所述的压敏胶临时保护膜,其特征在于:
(1)加热溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜至剥离剂敏感温度以上;
(2)剥离剂体积膨胀,以膨胀之力致溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜粘附强度下降;
(3)撕开溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜,溶液型压敏胶临时保护膜与保护工件分离。
