- (A) 틱소도 α가 1.03 내지 1.50이며 25 ℃에서의 점도가 100 내지 1,000,000 mm2/s인 오르가노폴리실록산 100 중량부, 및 (B) 평균 입경이 0.1 내지 100 ㎛인 열전도성 무기 충전제 100 내지 2,000 중량부로 이루어지는 방열용 실리콘 그리스 조성물.
