Claims (9)
- 집전체와 그 상부에 형성된 음극 활물질층을 구비하고 있는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극 박막에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질층이,주석(Sn)과 니켈(Ni)의 금속간 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극 박막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주석(Sn)과 니켈(Ni)의 금속간 화합물이 Ni3Sn4인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극 박막.
- 주석과 니켈 금속을 모자이크 스퍼터링하여 제1항 내지 제2항중 어느 한 항의 음극 박막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극 박막의 제조방법.
- 주석과 니켈 금속을 동시에 스퍼터링하여 제1항 내지 제2항중 어느 한 항의 음극 박막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극 박막의 제조방법.
- 주석과 니켈 금속 함유 타겟을 스퍼터링하여 제1항 내지 제2항중 어느 한 항의 음극 박막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극 박막의 제조방법.
- 주석과 니켈 금속을 기계적 합금화법에 의하여 대응하는 주석-니켈 금속간 화합물 증착원을 형성한 다음, 상기 주석-니켈 금속간 화합물 증착원을 이용하여 전자선 증발(e-beam evaporation) 및/또는 이온선 보조증착(ion beam assisteddeposition: IBAD)방식에 따라 증착함으로써 제1항의 음극 박막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극 박막의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 주석(Sn)과 니켈(Ni)의 금속간 화합물은 Ni3Sn4인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제2항중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극 박막을 채용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 박막 전지 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
