Claims (11)
- 전기자 코일을 갖는 고정자와, 서로 인접하는 자극 사이를 통과하는 전기자의 자속(磁束)을 소거하도록 회전자 철심 내의 영구자석 매립구멍에 영구자석을 설치하고, 또한 상기 자극 사이의 영구자석의 외주측에 비자성부(非磁性部)를 설치함으로써 둘레방향으로 자기적 요철(凹凸)을 갖는 회전자를 구비한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기(rotating electric machine)에 있어서,상기 회전자 철심 내의 영구자석 매립구멍으로 돌출하도록 영구자석 위치 결정용의 돌기를 설치한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 영구자석 위치 결정용 돌기는 상기 영구자석 매립구멍의 상기 비자성부와 반대쪽의 에지(edge)에 설치한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 영구자석 위치 결정용 돌기는 상기 영구자석 매립구멍의 상기 비자성부 측의 에지에 설치한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 영구자석 위치 결정용 돌기는 상기 영구자석 매립구멍의 중심을 향하여돌출되도록 형성하고, 또한 상기 영구자석에 이 돌기에 대응한 노치부(notch)를 설치한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 영구자석과 영구자석 위치 결정용 돌기가 접하는 변의 길이를 상기 영구자석의 변 길이에 대하여 5% 내지 75%만큼 접하는 변 길이로 하는 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 영구자석의 원심력을 영구자석 매립구멍의 비자성부와 반대쪽이면서 또한 영구자석의 착자(着磁)방향과 직각으로 교차하는 면측에서 지지한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 영구자석 위치 결정용 돌기의 조인트(joint)의 R가공부를 비자성부와 반대쪽의 영구자석의 착자방향과 직각으로 교차하는 면측에 설치한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 회전자 철심에서의 상기 영구자석 매립구멍의 외주측 얇은 부분의 원주방향 길이를 상기 얇은 부분의 반경방향 두께에 대하여 450% 이내로 한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 회전자 철심에서의 상기 영구자석 매립구멍의 외주측 얇은 부분의 반경방향 두께를 0.5㎜ 이상으로 한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 회전자 철심에서의 인접하는 영구자석 매립구멍 사이의 중앙측 브리지부의 원주방향 두께에 대하여 상기 브리지부의 반경방향 길이를 450% 이내로 한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 회전자 철심에서의 인접하는 영구자석 매립구멍 사이의 중앙측 브리지부의 원주방향 두께를 0.5㎜ 이상으로 한 영구자석식 자기저항형 회전 전기 기기.
