Claims (27)
- 열가소성 수지 필름을 포함하는 지지체 및 상기 열가소성 수지 필름 상에 형성된 코팅층으로 이루어진 인쇄 및 열이동용 수상(受像) 필름:상기 코팅층은 성분(A)를 포함하고;상기 성분(A)는 수성 수지 분산액이고;여기서, 상기 수지 분산액은 물에서 분포화 카르복실산 또는 이의 무수물을 갖는 올레핀 공중합체(a)를 분산시켜서 얻고;상기 올레핀 공중합체(a)의 상기 분산은 비이온성 표면활성제, 비이온성 수용성 고분자 화합물, 양이온성 표면활성제 및 양이온성 수용성 고분자 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 분산제(b)를 사용하여 진행하고;(a)/(b) 의 중량비는 상기 수성 수지 분산액 중 고형 성분의 총중량을 기준으로 100/1 내지 100/30 이고;상기 올레핀 공중합체(a) 및 상기 분산제(b) 각각은 독립적으로 5 ㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코팅층은 성분(B)로서 하기식(I)로 표현되는 폴리아민폴리아미드의 폴리이민 중합체 또는 에틸렌이민 부가 생성물을 함유하는 수상 필름:(식 중,R1및 R2각각은 독립적으로 수소 원자, C1-10의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기, 지환족 구조를 갖는 알킬 기, 또는 아릴 기를 나타내고,R3는 수소 원자, C1-20의 알킬 기, 알릴 기, 지환족 구조를 갖는 알킬 기, 아릴 기, 또는 이의 히드록시드를 나타내고,m 은 2 내지 6 의 정수이고,n 은 20 내지 3000 의 정수이다).
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 코팅층은 폴리아민폴리아미드, 비스페놀 A-에피클로로히드린 수지, 지방족 에폭시 수지, 에폭시노볼락 수지, 지환족 노볼락 수지 및 브롬화 에폭시 수지의 에피클로로히드린 부가 생성물로부터 수득한 가교결합제 (C) 를 함유하는 수상 필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 코팅층이 성분(D)로서 중합성 대전방지제를 함유하는 수상 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 코팅층이 성분(D)로서 중합성 대전방지제를 함유하는 수상 필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 코팅층 중 성분(B)의 양은 성분(A) 100중량부를 기준으로 1 내지 25 중량부인 수상 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 코팅층 중 성분(B)의 양은 성분(A) 100중량부를 기준으로 1 내지 25 중량이고 성분(C)의 양은 1 내지 25 중량부인 수상 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 코팅층 중 성분(B)의 양은 성분(A) 100중량부를 기준으로 1 내지 25 중량이고 성분(D)의 양은 1 내지 25 중량부인 수상 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 코팅층 중의 성분(B)의 양은 1 내지 25 중량부이고, 코팅층 중의 성분(C)의 양은 1 내지 25 중량이며, 코팅층 중의 성분(D)의 양은 1 내지 25 중량부인 수상 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지지체가 유기 미립 분말 및 유기 충전제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 물질을 함유하는 수상 필름.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코팅제의 양이 0.03 내지 5 g/cm2인 수상 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름이 에틸렌 수지, 폴리피렌 수지, 폴리올레핀 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지, 지방족 폴리에스테르, 폴리카르보네이트, 어택틱 폴리스티렌, 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌 및 이의 결합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 수상 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지지체가 하나 이상의 방향으로 신장되는 수상 필름.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 신장된 지지체가 공극비 5 내지 60 % 를 갖는 수상 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지지체가 두께 20 내지 350 ㎛ 를 갖는 수상 필름.

- 제 22 항에 있어서, 가교결합제인 성분 (C) 를 추가로 첨가하는 방법.

- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체를 가열하고 신장하는 단계를 추가로 첨가하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 지지체의 표면을 산화 처리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
