Claims (3)
- 공기층(K)과 진공층(S)을 병설하는 동시에 옥외 공간과 옥내 공간을 구획하기 위해 적어도 3매의 판유리로 구성되는 유리 패널에 있어서,상기 판유리(G) 중 상기 옥외 공간에 접하는 옥외측 판유리 및 상기 옥내 공간에 접하는 옥내측 판유리 중 적어도 어느 한쪽이 상기 진공층(S)에 접하며 또한 상기 진공층(S)에 접하는 면에 저방사율막층(低放射率膜層)(M)을 가지는 유리 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저방사율막층(M)이 불소를 혼입시킨 산화 주석을 주성분으로 하는 박막에 의해 형성되는 유리 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저방사율막층(M)이 투명 유전체층으로 은층(銀層)을 사이에 끼워 구성한 복합층을 적어도 1세트 가지는 박막에 의해 형성되는 유리 패널.
