Claims (11)
- 중량%로, C: 0.05% 이하, Si: 1.0% 이하, Mn: 2.0% 이하, P: 0.04% 이하, S: 0.01% 이하, Ni: 12∼27%, Cr: 15∼26%, Cu: 3.0%를 초과해서 8.0% 이하, Mo: 2.0%를 초과해서 5.0% 이하, Nb: 1.0% 이하, Ti: 0.5% 이하, W: 5.0% 이하, Zr: 1.0% 이하, Al: 0.5% 이하, N: 0.05% 미만, Ca: 0.01% 이하, B: 0.01% 이하, 희토류원소: 합계로 0.01% 이하를 함유하고, 잔부(殘部)는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 내황산부식성(耐黃酸腐蝕性)과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강.
- 중량%로, C: 0.05% 이하, Si: 0.05∼1.0%, Mn: 0.1∼2.0%, P: 0.04% 이하, S: 0.01% 이하, Ni: 12∼27%, Cr: 16∼26%, Cu: 3.0%를 초과해서 8.0% 이하, Mo: 2.0%를 초과해서 5.0% 이하, Al: 0.5% 이하, N: 0.05% 미만, Ca: 0.01% 이하, B: 0.01% 이하, 희토류원소: 합계로 0.01% 이하를 함유하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 내황산부식성과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ni의 함유량이 15%를 초과해서 27% 이하, Cr의 함유량이 15% 이상 20% 미만, 또 Cu의 함유량이 5.0%를 초과해서 8.0% 이하인 내황산부식성과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ni의 함유량이 15%를 초과해서 27% 이하, Cr의 함유량이 15% 이상 20% 미만, 또 Mo의 함유량이 3.0%를 초과해서 5.0% 이하인 내황산부식성과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식 중의 원소기호를 그 원소의 중량% 함유량으로 해서, 하기 ①식으로 표시되는 fn1이 23.0% 이하인 내황산부식성과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강.fnl = 2Cu + 0.5Mo + 300N···①
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식 중의 원소기호를 그 원소의 중량% 함유량으로 해서, 하기 ②식으로 표시되는 fn2가 2.0 이하인 내황산부식성과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강.fn2 = {l0/(Cu + 0.2)2. 3} + {5/(Mo + 0.l)2} + 300N2···②
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식 중의 원소기호를 그 원소의 중량% 함유량으로 해서, 하기 ①식으로 표시되는 fn1이 23.0% 이하, 또 하기 ②식으로 표시되는 fn2가 2.0 이하인 내황산부식성과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강.fn1 = 2Cu + 0.5Mo + 300N···①, fn2 = {10/(Cu + 0.2)2.3} + {5/(Mo + 0.l)2} + 300N2· ··②
- 제5항 또는 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, fn1이 22.6% 이하인 내황산부식성과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강.
- 소재(素材)가 제1항 내지 제8항에 기재된 내황산부식성과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강인 화력발전용 보일러나 산업용 보일러 등의 배기가스계 부재.
- 소재가 제1항 내지 제8항에 기재된 내황산부식성과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강인 배연탈황장치용(排煙脫黃裝置用) 부재.
- 소재가 제1항 내지 제8항에 기재된 내황산부식성과 가공성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강인 황산환경에서 사용되는 구조부재(構造部材).
