Claims (6)
- 순차적인 하기 단계:(i) 테레프탈산 함량이 60 내지 100mol%인 디카복실산 성분, 및 1,9-노난디아민과 2-메틸-1,8-옥탄디아민중 하나 이상의 양이 60 내지 100mol%인 디아민 성분을, 15 내지 35 중량%의 물의 존재하에서, 250 내지 280℃의 반응 온도, 및 하기 수학식 1을 만족시키는 반응 압력(P)에서 중축합시켜, 1차 중축합물을 형성시키는 단계;(ii) 생성된 1차 중축합물을, 단계 (i)에서와 동일한 범위의 온도 및 수분 함량을 갖는 동안에, 반응기로 부터 대기 환경중으로 방출시키는 단계; 및(iii) 단계 (ii)에서 방출된 1차 중축합물을 고형-상 중합 또는 용융 중합시켜 분자량이 증가된 폴리아미드를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리아미드의 제조 방법.수학식 1P0≥ P ≥ 0.7P0상기식에서,P0는 반응 온도에서의 물의 포화 증기압을 가리킨다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (i)의 중축합을 인-계 촉매의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (i)의 중축합을 말단-차단제의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 순차적인 하기 단계:(i) 테레프탈산 함량이 60 내지 100mol%인 디카복실산 성분, 및 1,9-노난디아민과 2-메틸-1,8-옥탄디아민중 하나 이상의 양이 60 내지 100mol%인 디아민 성분을, 15 내지 35 중량%의 물의 존재하에서, 250 내지 280℃의 반응 온도, 및 하기 수학식 1을 만족시키는 반응 압력(P)에서 중축합시켜, 1차 중축합물을 형성시키는 단계; 및(ii) 단계 (i)에서 생성된 1차 중축합물을, 단계 (i)에서와 동일한 범위의 온도 및 수분 함량을 갖는 동안에, 반응기로 부터 대기 환경중으로 방출시키는 단계를 포함하는, 1차 중축합물의 제조 방법.수학식 1P0≥ P ≥ 0.7P0상기식에서,P0는 반응 온도에서의 물의 포화 증기압을 가리킨다.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계 (i)의 중축합을 인-계 촉매의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
