Claims (10)
- NC프로그램으로 가공제어가 수행되는 NC가공에 있어서,NC프로그램을 해석하여 가공정보 혹은 가공조건을 추출하는 가공방법 분석수단과,상기 가공조건을 리라이트 가능하게 기억하는 기억수단을 구비하는 NC가공에 있어서의 NC프로그램해석장치.
- NC프로그램으로 가공제어가 수행되는 NC가공에 있어서,NC프로그램을 해석하여 각 작업요소 가공마다의 가공정보 혹은 가공조건을 추출하는 가공방법 분석수단과,상기 가공조건을 각 작업요소가공과 대응하여 리라이트 가능하게 기억하는 기억수단을 구비하는 NC가공에 있어서의 NC프로그램 해석장치.
- NC프로그램으로 가공제어가 수행되는 NC가공에 있어서,실가공 NC프로그램, 소재 재질데이터 및 공구리스트가 입력되고, 상기 실가공 NC프로그램을 해석하여 각 작업요소 가공 마다의 가공조건을 추출하는 가공방법 분석수단과,상기 각 작업요소 가공 마다에 추출된 가공정보 혹은 가공조건을 NC프로그램 작성에 필요한 데이터베이스로 변환하는 데이터베이스 작성수단과,상기 가공조건을 각 작업요소가공과 대응하여 리라이트 가능하게 기억하는 NC프로르갬 작성용의 데이터베이스를 구비하는 NC가공장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가공방법 분석수단은 실가공 NC프로그램을 각 작업요소 가공으로 분할하는 분할부와,실가공 NC프로그램에서 가공조건을 추출하는 가공조건 추출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC가공에 있어서의 프로그램 해석장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,실가공 NVC프로그램을 각 작업요소 가공으로 분할하는 분할부에는, 공구 가공궤적에서 작업요소 가공을 대조 판정하기 위한 패턴정의기억부가 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC가공에 있어서의 NC프로그램 해석장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 데이터베이스는 적어도 절삭조건 데이터베이스 및 공구 데이터베이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC가공에 있어서의 NC프로그램 해석장치.
- NC프로그램에서 가공제어가 수행되는 NC가공에 있어서,NCV프로그램을 해석하여 가공정보 혹은 가공조건을 추출하는 가공방법 분석단계와,상기 가공조건을 리라이트 가능하게 기억하는 기억단계을 구비하는 NC가공에 있어서의 NC프로그램 해석방법.
- NC프로그램으로 가공제어가 수행되는 NC가공에 있어서,NC프로그램을 해석하여 각 작업요소 가공 마다의 가공정보 혹은 가공조건을 추출하는 가공방법 분석단계와,상기 가공조건을 각 작업요소 가공과 대응하여 리라이트 가능하게 기억하는 기억단계를 구비하는 NC가공방법.
- NC프로그램으로 가공제어가 수행되는 NC가공방법에 있어서,실가공 NC프로그램, 소재재질데이터 및 공구리스트가 입력되고, 상기 실가공 NC프로그램을 해석하여 각 작업요소 가공 마다의 가공조건을 추출하는 가공방법 분석단계와,상기 각 작업요소 가공 마다 추출된 가공정보 혹은 가공조건을 NC프로그램작성에 필요한 데이터베이스로서 각 작업요소 가공에 대응하여 리라이트 가능하게 기억하는 데이터베이스 작성단계를 구비하는 NC가공방법.
- 컴퓨터에, NC프로그램을 해석하여 가공정보 혹은 가공조건을 추출하는 가공방법 분석순서와, 상기 가공조건을 리라이트 가능하게 기억하는 기억순서를 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 매체.
